Das Hotel ist ein schönes Chateau. Jedoch ist das Frühstücksbuffet, das Gym und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer verbesserungswürdig.

Das Hotel liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück (5 Ha), umgeben von viel grün, auch von Weinbergen, Olivenbäumen, Obstbäumen, hat eine ca. 200m lange Palmenalle die zum Meer führt. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Hotel hat einen großen Parkplatz. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und gepflegt, werden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist, bis auf 2 Ausnahmen gut. Von minderer Qualität ist der gekochte Schinken und die Salami, der Kaffe (Espresso & Cappuccino) könnte auch besser sein. Ich kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Très agréable séjour dans un endroit de rêve. Le temps n’était pas de la partie mais cela devient coutumier. La cuisine est excellente. Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique, de la réception au service bar ou restaurant. Nous reviendrons mais avec une autre catégorie de chambre. Ceci dit nous étions informés car les suites étaient déjà prises

Très bel établissement . Chambre très agréable . Le site est magique , au milieu des vignes . Nous avons dîné au restaurant : très correct même si la « bouillabaisse » sur commande se résume à une marmite du pêcheur ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est simple . Le bémol serait pour le professionnalisme du personnel . Pour un 5* on s’attendrait , sinon à un concierge, mais au moins à du personnel à la réception , qui puisse orienter les visiteurs sur les balades à faire : à notre demande , on nous a remis une carte ( sans doute remise par l’Office de tourisme local) sans plus d’explication. L’hôtel est pourtant classé « Marque Qualité » . Nous travaillons dans le tourisme … Une petite erreur également à l’enregistrement des soins . Mais le personnel du Spa a été à la hauteur et a sauvé la mise. Le directeur , que nous avions rencontré au restaurant, n’a pa répondu à notre mail adressé en fin de séjour ….dommage !

Merci à toute la team du château la croix valmer. L'accueil est parfait digne d'un relais&Châteaux. Merci pour la jolie chambre. Pendant mon day off, quel bonheur de pouvoir profiter de la joie de vivre heureux. Piscines,plage,spa, le site magnifique implanté au milieu des vignes, palmeraie et ses merveilleux jardins nous laisse nous évader. 😉 stephane bastide Saint Antoine Merci encore pour cette belle découverte et moment de partage

Di ritorno al bellissimo hotel Chateau Valmer abbiamo trascorso 12 giorni veramente molto belli…un grande bravo anche al ristorante della Pinède con una nuova carta di ottima scelta e qualità… Complimenti anche per il servizio in camera sempre al top…! A presto e continuate così…BRAVI…!
