The hotel is always reliable and offers clean, modern rooms at a good price. This is my go to chain in Colombia. The breakfast is good, the staff in the restaurant is nice, there is a good variety at breakfast, and there is an espresso machine. This one is less appealing

The location of the Sonesta hotel is superb, it is located in the area of Cerritos which is within the city of Pereira. As you drive into the hotel location, you are met with tropical palm trees, lush green landscaping, and the hotel does not disappoint. With it's private spa for massages, tennis courts, swimming pool, and a host of other activities, it is ideal for families or anyone who is traveling on business. I have stayed here twice and I have not been disappointed. The food is superb, and the revolving roof top bar and restaurant give you a panoramic view of the rolling hills of Periera that is stunning.

I have been staying at this hotel for years. It is my first choice in pereira. I honestly love the hotel but I feel since the virus service and quality has gone down especially at the breakfast. Another issue I had during my latest trip was they insisted on charging me for a day visitor at 7pm, which I felt was ridiculous especially considering that I am a loyal customer who always spends a good amount of money during my stays.
