The place is incredible, the staff magnificent!!! Juan José and his work team are spectacular: Friendly, Attentive. Exquisite food, lots of variety and very well equipped rooms. We certainly hope to return soon

Buena ubicacion, la habitacion estaba muy limpia, el almuerzo a la carta estuvo excelente, Cosas que mejorar, serian el servicio al cliente en el front desk, en la piscina, y la comida de la noche era de otra calidad. El desayuno estuvo bien, pero tardaron mucho en llevar el cafe. Definitivmente lo recomiendo, es un buen hotel, con camas comodas, cualquier inconveniente que se presente solo necesita notificarsele al gerente y el resuelve.

Comfortable rooms, nice pool, great view of volcano, nice breakfast. Convenient for walking around downtown area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
On the second day we were there the hot tubs were not heated or cleaned and that was the afternoon plan for that day

Beautiful property and gardens . Very good breakfast and nice sports bar.
They had several hot tubs but only 1 was hot ,the others were only warm or cold .
