Tras visitar muchos hoteles en muchos sitios, este es sin duda donde nos hemos sentido literalmente como en casa. Desde que llegamos Daniel y su equipo nos atendieron de maravilla y nos ofrecieron siempre todo lo que estuviera en su mano para hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia irrepetible. Tuvimos la oportunidad de conversar bastante con Daniel y Jorge y además de grandes profesionales nos trasmitieron una cercanía y amabilidad que no es habitual encontrar. Miles de gracias por vuestra entrega y dedicación. Pura vida.

Todo genial, desde el desayuno muy rico y en gran cantidad que puedes elegir, los trabajadores del hotel y guías muy amables, intentan ayudarte en todo lo posible y tienen muchos detalles con los huéspedes. Especial mención al recepcionista Jorge, nos ha atendido maravillosamente. Las habitaciones superiores merecen la pena, las vistas del hotel son impresionantes, tanto las del bosque como al volcán. Por último las piscinas termales son muy íntimas y agradables (al menos cuando fuimos nosotros estabamos solos), todo un lujo! Hotel 100% recomendable en todos los aspectos, para ser un 3 estrellas cumple ampliamente con lo esperado y más.

Un lugar para relajarse, unas vistas bellas del volcán Arenal. Nos faltó tiempo para disfrutar más la estadía. Quedé con ganas de un masaje con piedras volcánicas, espero visirarlos pronto para agendar el masaje. Las camas muy confortables, habitaciones super limpias. El desayuno delicioso. La visitas Villa Maleku, una experiencia muy linda. Super recomendado.

Let me start with saying the majority of the staff very friendly and helpful. Karol and Melissa did a great job at the spa. Book with them. Now the BIG downside, my family put her sneakers in the covered area outside of her room to dry, someone stole her sneakers. Management failed to appropriatley address the issue. Instead they sent her a 'whats app" message the day before our departure to say they would like to search her room. How insulting. That was her only pair of sneakers and management pretty much insulted her and stated she was lying. Checkout management still did not respond. She took it as a loss and decided she would make it known so other guest will not know about her experience. The other downer, is the long long ride from the airport to the hotel. It was grueling. Not much to do, no music at the bar or anything. I would never return especially after management did nothing to address the issue.

We just had the most amazing massage from Carol - super relaxing! The resort is wonderful and the staff, especially Oscar is very attentive and always helpful. The landscape is beautiful and so close to the volcano - can’t beat the location. We are in a jr suite, so the room is spacious and the bed is really comfortable- I slept really well! We are having a great time!

Das Hotel hat einzelne Hütten mit Vulkanblick.Sehr schön ausgestattet.Klimaanlage vorhanden. Bei Regen wird es sehr laut in den Hütten. Toilettenspülung hatte wenig Druck.Wir haben aber gut geschlafen.Essen a la carte im Restaurant sehr gut. Frühstück in Büffetform,sehr gut! Personal freundlich. Es gibt auch einen Pool und mehrere kleinere Thermalpools. Anlage gepflegt und sehr weitläufig. Gegenüber ein kleiner Supermarkt und das Café Raul,welches sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Destacar al personal, siempre atentos y serviciales, Jorge espléndido, Daniel muy buen servicio. Las habitaciones son cómodas, amplias, las camas te permiten dormir muy bien, la comida es muy buena, la relación precio calidad está muy bien. Las aguas termanales, no están a la temperatura de otros lugares, entre 36 y 39 grados, aquí no subieron de 31, el barro volcánico es una caricia a la piel. El spa, masaje de lo mejor.

The views are spectacular and the spa services were excellent as were the wait staff. Unfortunately, someone stole my sneakers from my bungalow area where they were left to dry and management did not feel it was their responsibility to replace them. There is a gate from the street to the property which is open and unmonitored and could be the source of the problem. Also, the hotel advertises thermal hot springs but we were told that pool was broken. I'm not sure how that could be broken unless it is really a jacuzzi whose jets were broken.
