Amazing!! Truly the spa to the thermal spa were incredible. Also, the staff are so nice and welcoming!! The whole facility is clean and spacious. My recommendation is to come early and go to the spa and then enjoy your thermal spa experience before getting your room at 3pm. You can check in earlier. Everything get charged at the end to your credit.

They were very strict about having a person added to the room and there was a dead frog in one of the hot tubs late at night- but it was afterhours lol. It is a natural hot spring and I am not really a nature-nature person. My friends didn't care as it is surrounded by the rainforest. Overall, I loved it and would consider coming back for a romantic weekend with my husband. More for couples or relaxing than a party group.

Everyone was great and nice!! They even did a little surprised for my birthday so great! Clean facility! Made the experience at this hotel wonderful!! Hot springs were great my skin felt so soft after! Would stay here again!

The staff at this property are amazing! They definitely go out of their way to make you happy. The pool bartender and server at dinner, named Israel, is so friendly and welcoming.
Aside from the staff, the rooms are comfortable, the views are amazing, great food options, and the spa was spectacular.
Our only complaint is that the largest pool that has a pool bar is kept to a very hot temperature- we have not seen anyone want to be in it more than a few minutes. Meanwhile, the one cooler pool is half the size and looked a little dirty by the end of the day.
Everything else is so wonderful that we would still plan to stay here again!

The resort and thermal pool facilities are beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. The staff are very friendly and are entirely focused on providing true service you would expect from a 5-star resort.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and courteous staff and two great restaurants. Upon our arrival we were greeted at the entrancel with cool towels and refreshing tropical drinks. The receptionist actually let my wife and I remain seated on the comfortable sofa in the lobby while she took care of our check in process. I believe every room at the property has a great view of the main pool and swim up bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious and featured several fresh fruits and prepared to order eggs. The 3 jacuzzi pools were nice and warm and really helped my wife and I relax after our daily adventures in the nearby city. Of the two restaurants on site, my wife & I preferred the Lava restaurant. A complimentary shuttle into the city of La Fortuna would have been nice, but the taxi ride was only $10 so no big deal. I recommend staying here for anyone looking for a relaxing hotel with a phenomenal view of the Arenal volcano. Jeff & Tracey F.

Excellent hotel - beds were very comfortable, all areas were very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, the pools and steam room were great.
A bit of noise from the main road.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
