Worst resort to deal with. We had made reservations and pre paid for stay at the resort from 12/26/23-12/29/23. Due to sudden death of my mother on 12/2623 we had to cut our vacation short and return to the US. Despite providing them the paperwork from the hospital where my mother was taken, they refused to reimburse the money prepaid for the stay.
I Will NEVER stay at he resort again and given their lack of professionalism would never recommend them to anyone. Dealing with them was worst possible experience for me.

Beautiful grounds and facilities, great accommodations, excellent staff at all levels. Restaurant was very good, pool and hot springs with swim up bars great for relaxing apre hike. Great excursion advice and booking assistance. Five star in every way.

Absolutely the best in Costa Rica! Our favorite of our two week trip. Top accommodations, fantastic service, stunning grounds. The buffet breakfast had everything you could think of. Staff were super accommodating and attentive. 200 block of rooms have a drop dead beautiful view of volcano.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. Their staff pre-booked all of our excursions, dinner reservations, and spa treatments before hand. The staff was exceptional. The food was very good. The breakfast buffet in the morning that is complementary was over the top. I would highly recommend this place, based on the staff alone. The grounds are beautiful and our view of Arenal Volcano was amazing.

This resort was amazing! Beautiful grounds that were well cared for. Toucans flying around during the day, and armadillos at night. Several choices for pools. The restaurant was amazing and breakfast buffet was on another level. They even had shuttles to take you around the resort itself. When I woke and opened my curtains my room opened up to the most beautiful view of the volcano!

This resort was perfect for my family of four. It had stunning views of the arenal volcano, and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. The customer service was excellent. I will highly recommend this place to anyone considering a trip to La Fortuna! I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could.

Our family of four booked two adjacent rooms ( 318 and 319) between June 16 to 21, 2024. We all had a wonderful experience. Rooms and bathrooms were large and very clean. The beds were on the softer side to both my wife and I tastes but the kids ( age 11 and 9) enjoyed them. All our breafasts and dinners were at LaSaca. Dinner menu options, quality and presentation were consistently high quality, fresh and tasty. Breakfast had good variety and above average. Hot springs and pool were welcome after coming back in the afternoon from daily excursions. Staff are attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.
