We had a wonderful experience with Casa Luna! The hotel property is beautiful with an amazing garden. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious!
The hotel staff are very nice and ready to help. One night we were walking in the garden, we ran into a hotel security, Dimas (hope I got the name right). We asked about animals. Dimas right away gave us a tour and showed us so many animals! We saw sloth, snake, frogs (including the green one), alligator, fresh water crab...all in the hotel garden!!! The garden is a paradise. Inside the hotel property, all we could hear was the sounds of insects, frogs, birds...
We are so happy that we stayed at Casa Luna!

Excelente, la ubicación y las instalaciones. Las piscinas geniales, con varios jacuzzis. Jardines muy cuidados con un sendero y acuarios. Bar en la piscina y restaurante. Desayuno excelente, buffet. El trato genial, de todo el servicio. Lugar tranquilo con excelentes vistas al volcán del Arenal.
Habitación con aacc y ventilador, con todas las comodidades.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Luna in La Fortuna. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush plants, and the entire property is very well maintained. The restaurant offers excellent value for money. The staff is very friendly, especially Marlon, who impressed us with his warm and welcoming attitude. The food was delicious – we especially recommend the Caribbean Chicken and the La Luna Chicken Breast. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, everything was clean and fresh, and they even prepare omelets to order. The service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. The location is perfect as a starting point for exploring La Fortuna. Our room was lovely and comfortable – although a bit more storage space would have been helpful. We also really enjoyed the pool and the warm whirlpool, which were perfect for relaxing. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and can highly recommend Hotel La Luna.

Casa Luna was a great place to stay in La Fortuna. Our rooms were amazing and the staff was very helpful in terms of what to do in town and where to eat. I recommend eating at Abuela Luisita right across the street.

I'm not sure I received VIP access.
We loved the restaurant's delicious menu, the beautiful gardens and the trails. We appreciated the care that was taken to make the trails safe for us. All the employees were helpful and sweet. We highly recommend this hotel.
We could have used some drawers to put our clothes in. That's our only concern.
