Everything was excellent but I didn't like getting a pair of socks in the room, hanging in the closet... I think they didn't clean it well... but everything else EXCELLENT, especially the reception staff and those who greet us at the airport (even the driver of the bus is very kind)

We stayed overnight after arriving in Caracas before flying to Margarita the following day. The hotel is in a residential area about 10 minutes from the airport by car. The service standards are acceptable but certainly not 5-star or in line with international Marriott standards. Interactions with staff were ‘transactions’ rather than ‘experiences’. Lack of management visibility is noticeable. Our room was spacious but the carpets were quite dated and had a strong damp smell. Inside the room there were many maintenance issues: rusted make-up mirror, broken electrical panel, faulty door lock, toilet didn’t flush and a general lack of attention to detail. The economic and financial situation in Venezuela is a factor to consider but it shouldn’t be used as a justification for poor maintenance. The swimming pool area is one of the best parts of this hotel, many loungers and a good view. There is a bakery nearby to buy a snack or have breakfast, they also do pizza in the evening. Hotel is used by several airlines for their crew accommodation but this wasn’t an issue. This hotel has potential but it needs to push harder to reach better service levels.

This is an excellent hotel for international travellers. You will not find a better hotel in Caracas with the facilities and service it has to offer. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped and modern, with modern fitted shower rooms. There is a roof terrace with a pool which is popular, so a great place to relax in the evening and be social. The gym is one of the biggest in Caracas and is very popular with locals so a great place to hang out and get to comfortably mix with local people. The gym has all the equipment that you would find in a dedicated purpose built gym, including squat racks, huge range of free weight, benches, cable machines and of course cardio machines. The service is excellent as well, the reception is very helpful and I found them very accommodating to any guest needs I may have. The staff look after the hotel and it is regularly cleaned and common areas are kept in very good order. There is security at the front which provides secure entry in the evening times. The hotel is in the centre of Caracas located in a metropolitan area so it is safe to move around in as a international. If you do visit this hotel I would recommend the Millennium cafe around the corner next to Panadería La Crossantina. There are great local Venezuelan dishes offered there, and can pay with card. If you are looking for modern, comfortable living at great value, you will not find better than this hotel. Este es un excelente hotel para viajeros internacionales. No encontrará un hotel mejor en Caracas con las instalaciones y el servicio que tiene para ofrecer. Me he alojado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y son modernas, con modernos cuartos de ducha equipados. Hay una terraza en la azotea con una piscina que es popular, por lo que es un gran lugar para relaj**** por la noche y socializar. El gimnasio es uno de los más grandes de Caracas y es muy popular entre los lugareños, por lo que es un gran lugar para pasar el rato y mezcl**** cómodamente con la gente local. El gimnasio tiene todo el equipo que encontrará en un gimnasio especialmente diseñado, incluidos soportes para sentadillas, una amplia gama de pesas, bancos, máquinas de cable y, por supuesto, máquinas de cardio. El servicio es excelente también, la recepción es muy útil y los encontré muy complacientes con las necesidades de los huéspedes que pueda tener. ANTES LA 1612 CREO. - LA CORRIENTE DEVERIA HABER UNA ADAPTADOR DE TOMAS DE CORRIENTE PARA LA MESITA DE NOCHE CON VARIOS ENCHUFE PARA EL CELULAR O LA LAPTO. - EL CONTROL DEBERIA DE FUNCIONAR PARA NO ESTAR PARANDOSE A APAGAR EL TV. - IGUAL DEBERIA HABER UN INTERRUTOR EN CASO DE QUE SE ME QUEDO UNA LUZ PRENDIDA, NO TENGA QUE PARARME DE LA CAMA APAGAR LA LUZ QUE SE QUEDO PRENDIDA. - POR FAVOR Y QUE EL MANTENIMIENTO DE SERVICIO Y LOGISTICA DE EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL BAÑO SEA REVISADO MENSUALMENTE POR QUE, LA VEZ PASADA ME TOCO UNA DUCHA SIN AGUA CALIENTE. -SIEMPRE TENGAN EN CUENTA LA CAMA. CHEQUEENLA Y DENLE MANTENIMIENTO ES LO MAS IMPORTANTE PARA MI Y LA CONSEGUI ACOGEDORA GRACIAS.

A very cost-effective hotel

I confess that I had never stayed in this hotel and it is excellent, its facilities are very well maintained and maintained, everything is very clean, the A/C at a very pleasant temperature between 23/24 degrees C, the spacious rooms, soundproof, good bathroom with all the amenities, all the security systems, good WIFI in all the facilities and the unbeatable location, exit to El Rosal, El Bosque, Las Mercedes, Chacao, Las Mercedes, Country Club, Avdas. Libertador, Fco. Solano, Fco. de Miranda and Ppal Las Mercedes. Next to CC Chacaito and BECO, many food outlets nearby and the metro next door.

This is a very nice and secure hotel in a nice part of Caracas and is very close by to everything you need and the staff are very friendly and help with anything you need the bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious I would recommend if you are in Caracas

Very well maintained hotel (heritage) since 1953. Beautiful grandeur kind of a lobby. Wifi working very properly. Decent and clean rooms with very good bed and mattress. Beautiful mountain view from the room. Nice breakfast, can opt for local, French and American style. Restaurant food also great. Security very tight in and around hotel. Safe and commercial area around the hotel with Tolan fashion mall mall (10 min walk) and nice restaurants around in the area. You can pay in US dollars but there is no change in dollars or local valuta in most of the shops. Same for the hotel unfortunately. The services at the reception, housekeeping and hotel restaurants were impeccable. For non speaking Spanish persons, television channels only in Spanish, but that is I believe in other 5 star hotels too in Caracas. I do recommend this hotel to everyone. I found the Venezuelan persons very warm and friendly!
