Checked in late at night and it went smoothly. The staff was very helpful. They brought my luggage up, placed it in my room, got an extra bed for my child, and brought a baby playpen for my baby. Very quiet hotel which I preferred. We also got to see some weddings out our balcony which was beautiful, overall we had a wonderful weekend! Great amenities and hospitality! We will definitely be back.

Amazing location, the beach view is scenic. You get couple of free drinks every night. The food is great.

Wait for check in was unacceptable. Need more help behind the desk. Yes it is a prime location, but that is no reason to charge what you do for food. Had to make a second trip to the front desk only to keep the same room for the second night. Pool is too cool to allow enjoyment. For the price you charge for a room, turn up the heat on the pool.

The seaside resort hotel is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the front desk and hotel staff are very friendly, and it is also close to UCSD. It is a very good stay experience.

We made a reservation because it is adjacent to Torrey Pines Golf Course. You can use the golf course and take a walk with the ocean in the background in front of the hotel. It's all good, but I wish there were golf course benefits as well~

The hygiene is average. Typical of big brands with poor management. The phone next to the bed is dusty. The water cup on the table is stained. The bathroom towel has colored spots. The service is seriously lagging. The location seems to be very good. The Pacific Ocean is in sight, but there is a closed golf course in between. It is actually out of reach. You can only reach the beach by hiking 3-5 kilometers. If you are on a golf trip, you can consider it, but there are definitely better options around. Other itineraries are not recommended

To the beach more than I thought It was close, but the parking fee became an unwanted charge, and I requested cancellation 3 times, but it was still not processed. The benefits are still questionable. Good for beach access
