#positive #I was happy with the Toiletries, Mosquito Control Measures, Natural Light in the Room, Nearby Shops, Corridor Soundproofing, Hotel Smell; We forgot wallet with cash and debit card and credit card in my room in a hurry, when we found no wallet, we had checked out and left the hotel. We called this hotel, they immediately responded and looked for it at my room but could not found, but finally they found it at the laundry. We really appreciate all their work . Thank them so much for their time, patience and kindness . This hotel is 100% great!

Have stayed here several times, this weekend not happy with my room. Bathroom did not look clean, bath tub was peeling and had black marking like it was dirty, but it’s really like that. Disappointed for sure.

The reason I booked this hotel over others in the area is because it had 2 EV charging stations for my Tesla. Unfortunately I was unable to use either of the charging stations due to a Civic & Altima taking both those spots. Not only did this hotel have plenty of extra spots available but they have no signage saying EVs only at the 2 designated charging stations. I will never stay here again, what is the point when anyone can park and eliminate the access to the charging stations. Never come here if you own a EV because the likelihood of the chargers being free are close to nothing because this hotel will not reserve these spaces for EVs only especially when they have ample amount of other parking spots for all other guest.

The room was clean, quiet, and the location was perfect for our trip. It was the smoothest check-in and chek-out. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.
