The Hotel is beautiful and lovely. The location cannot be beat- just steps away from the water with the most stunning views. I stayed for just one night. Came in the afternoon after a very long travel and left early in the morning for a little more travel to a wedding. I was really looking forward to a restful stay and shower. However, I had no hot water during my stay! I had a cold shower, and no time to have things rectified as I was in a rush. I ate at the restaurant twice, and although there were very few other patrons- both times my requests were frequently forgotten (ex: salt, pepper, my coffee is cold may I have another). I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay and unfortunately the Baja fell a little short. The staff was very sweet and lovely, and the room very clean and satisfactory.

Property is in the middle of a dirty and unsafe location. Staff were not helpful at all. I paid for an ocean view balcony room and was put in a room with a view of the wall and back abandoned parking lot. I talked with the manager the next day and she offered $50 dollars when I paid over $600 for the room. I contacted ******* and they mentioned the property kept hanging up on them and we had to deal internally. Mediocre overpriced property. You are better off and safe at the hilton couple blocks down the street.

The rooms were very small. When we booked the reservation we were not told about the festival that was going on. Loud music going on until 2am.
