I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. The staffs was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing helpful local tips. De loin la pire expérience vécue. Personnes pas du tout aimables et malhonnêtes, description mensongère, chambre et salle de bain insalubres. Nous avions réservé avec petit déjeuner inclus ( écrit noir sur blanc dans la description ) et celle ci se voit modifiée 5 minutes après notre arrivée. Signalés et dénoncés.

Ripped me off by not acknowledging prev payment
Hotel was already paid for via *******. They acted like I hadn't paid yet and asked me to pay again. When asked to pay later, they told me their credit card machine wasn't working. So I paid in cash. When I later tried to get the money back from *******, they didn't acknowledge that it was their receipt! So I paid twice. Well done for ripping off another customer, hotel... we salute you.

First time I've been ripped off in a while. Paid ahead of time via *******. When I got there, was told that they had no record of the payment. Asked me to pay again. Of course, when that happened their "credit card machine wasn't working." At that point I paid in cash as my time was limited. And after ******* reached out to them, it seems like they denied the whole thing. Well done hotel, congrats on the rip off! Would have expected way more out of a hotel that tries to position itself as a boutique hotel.

Nice location and great tourist information on the first floor. Everything you need for a comfortable first stay in La Paz! The front desk can help you with everything and food and shopping is right outside your door. Would definitely stay again.
