Las habitaciones son hermosas y muy cómodas. Las vistas a la catedral y al parque son únicas!!! El sector del desayuno/ restaurante muy agradable, riquísimo y fresca toda la comida. Les recomiendo limpiar más seguido los baños de la recepción ya que es el único punto negativo que tengo para comentar. Lo demás todo un 10/10!

Engaño en la reserva de habitaciones y mala gestión del personal tanto de recepción como encargado de las reservas. Pague una habitación con vistas exteriores y me dieron una con vistas interiores a un precio superior. No entregaron la habitación en horario, había más de 20 personas en la recepción del hotel.
