Cinque Terre Gateway

My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. The room and bathroom was brand new, large, tastefully furnished but above all very clean. The front desk team were all great, always smiling, helpful and super friendly. It was very refreshing and welcoming. Breakfast was included and offered many options with outdoor seating. They offer shuttles to main area of town every hour which was very convenient. Will be back again

The hotel offers easy access, and the on-site parking is a major convenience, making our stay hassle-free. The rooms are amazing with the different categories and great options for families as well and everything looked really new! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the reception to the room service and housekeeping teams. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options, particularly for those with specific dietary needs. I highly recommend the Sunset boat tour—it's a fantastic way to explore the region and take in the breathtaking scenery.

Breakfast was the best I have had on the many trips to Italy. The location was perfect right off the main square opposite the train station and we were happy to stay there and get the train to the other Cinque Terre villages.Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location, steps away from the train station and the pier from where boats leave for the Cinque Terre. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The rooms and bathrooms were modern, spacious and very clean. One room had a small balcony and the other offered a large shower with rain style showerhead. The staff were friendly and helpful as well (and spoke good English)! We had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay there in the future. Anyone coming to Cinque Terre should check this out as you cant beat it.

Cinque Terre Gateway is a great place, we agreed with the many other reviewers about the location. The staff were wonderful, kind and helpful, and the room was really beautiful and clean, looked like it had just been renovated.We found it very comfortable and it was a really great experience, we wished we had more time to spend here. The breakfast is absolutely lovely with good variety, hot and cold food. The wifi signal was perfect probably the best ever had in a hotel. One of the really good things is that parking, which is hard to find in the area, was right next door. Will definitely be back when we visit Cinque Terre again!

Wonderful hotel! Beautiful lobby and room. Spotlessly clean. Excellent service all around. What a delightful experience! Our stay in Cinque Terre was going to be the last leg of our trip and I wanted it to be the most special stay of our vacation. If you look at past reviews like I do, the common thread about this place is the cleaning, the people and the service. This is why I chose this hotel and the reviews were 100% correct. The food and service were exceptional, but the staff and ownership were warm, welcoming and so accommodating! From the moment I first reached out to the hotel months ahead of our trip I knew I had chosen correctly. Responses to emails were not cut and paste but acknowledgements of our particular situation and how can they help to make it as special as possible. This care carried right into our stay. We were greeted by Michele at the front desk addressing our every room need, even surprising us with a very special room to help celebrate our anniversary milestone. Thank you for coming through on your promise to make our anniversary special. You exceeded all expectations. Expect an email in a few months to book another stay next year!
