The hotel was just as one would expect of a 5* hotel. Staff was helpful, hotel very clean (we had our towels changed 2Xday), the breakfast was superb. Shuttle service to the lifts and back was great, skiing room and lockers very convenient. Staff very helpful in arranging restaurants for when we did not eat in the hotel. However, children under 16 are not allowed at the pool after 5.30pm! Coming down from skiing at around 4.30/5pm is impossible to get to the Spa just about 5pm. The Manager allowed an extra hr, but I think the reception at the Spa resented it and was really unfriendly. So if you're a couple or singles, it's a great hotel, but I'd say not very family friendly.

This is a lovely bar located within a five star hotel, with good lighting serving exceptional complimentary amuse bouchée to display the talents of the chef, good beer, wine and spirits. Well worth the visit and detour. The staff are attentive, polite and knowledgeable.

The receptionist at the spa was amazing and the woman who did my massage was one of the best ever! I would look for somewhere else to eat than the restaurant on the premises. it was awful, the manager and staff were not professional. They added bacon to an item that didn't mention bacon at all. Bacon makes me sick. They were incredibly rude.

Hotel con un’eleganza moderna che si fonde con lo stile alpino. Accoglienza calorosa, personale gentile e arrivo nel soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Cucina deliziosa sia al ristorante che a colazione. SPA di buon livello, con bella vista sul paesaggio circostante. Posizione strategica per chi ama lo sport invernale, con accesso diretto alle piste di La Thuile e vicinanza a Courmayeur. Le camere sono spaziose, dotate di ogni comfort e con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne.

Prenoto la. Spa il 2 gennaio nel pomeriggio per un ingresso ed un massaggio. Chiedo i costi e mi dicono 50€ per la persona che accede solo alla SPA e per me 90€ il massaggio sportivo Ci presentiamo all’appuntamento Il cognome non era segnato, e le informazioni date il giorno prima sia costi che sui tempi erano assolutamente sbagliate. Mi accompagnano per il massaggio in una stanza fredda, dicendo le accendiamo il lettino….. mi rifiuto allora mi portano nella stanza per i massaggi di coppia- qui l’opposto-riscaldamento ad aria- un caldo insostenibile senza possibilità di termoregolazione. Chiedo acqua (per il troppo caldo ero completamente disidratata) alla massaggiatrice ( brava ) e dispiaciuta mi comunica che i bicchieri non ci sono . Terminato il massaggio scopro che l’entrata per la mia amica non era 50 ma 55€ mentre per me non era 90€ il massaggio con inclusa l’entrata ma era 145 € più 30€ l’entrata. In sintesi per la meravigliosa struttura e le potenzialità che ha ….forse il personale che è molto premuroso e gentile dovrebbe essere istruito su linee guida e soprattutto come porre rimedio a disagi ed errori commessi da qualcuno del team Su tre errori una piccola attenzione ..… un “gentlemen agreement “…non guastava ..

This was a wonderful spot to stay in VA. I would recommend and stay again. Only issue was our time there was too short.
