Basic room on the hill overlooking the town. Very easy walk into central and close to another hotel with fancy pool and roof top bar. The breakfast included can be enjoyed overlooking a beautiful Labuan Bajo

The room facilities are simple and the front desk can't even borrow a hair dryer. After all, the price is really not high. What's annoying is that the day before, I confirmed with the boss that there was no charge for airport drop-off (other hotels told them in advance if they needed to charge). When we were leaving the next morning, the lion asked for 70 yuan. We couldn't be more angry with this kind of behavior and we were in a hurry. We went down the mountain and found a car for 40 yuan. Fortunately, we met a kind driver who helped us drive back from the mountain back to the hotel to pick up our luggage. Then we rushed to the airport. We spent the last five minutes checking in and almost missed our flight!

Из плюсов - только расположение. Мы бронировали самый дорогой номер, но когда приехали в эту гостиницу, оказалось, что номер наш занят. Персонал отеля предложил три варианта номеров поскромнее. Везде стоял ужасный запах канализации. Отменить бронирование они тоже не смогли. В общем - не рекомендую. 

It’s rare I’m writing reviews. So far, I shared only 5-6. I’m writing only if it was exceptionally amazing experience or a real disaster… It’s the first time for me to share an extremely negative experience. When you arrive at hotel, you expect me to feel minimum trust with it I stayed for 2 nights in this budget hotel. Usually, people traveling to Flores Island to take one of the ‘Komodo island day trips’. They will be picked up very early in the morning (5:30-6:00am). The trip operator gives clear instructions of how to prepare? what to bring? Ect. Due to the intensity of the day structure, the traveler has to bring a breakfast box (because it will be very long, before food can be in reach). I asked the hotel manager if they can provide it to me? She confirmed, mentioning it’s a usual procedure in that area. 5:15 I arrived at the reception… no one was there. Neither the breakfast box. Things can happen, it’s not a big deal… When returning back from the day trip, I asked reception to shortly talk with the hotel manager, just to understand what happened? The hotel manager refused to communicate and just disappeared until I departed the next day. I’ve never experienced before such a behavior, specially from a hotel manager… It raised a big big Red Flag. Bottom line: I’ll not recommend to arrive in this hotel. Basically, It’s not to be trusted.

The best things about this hotel are the staff, the room, the view and the breakfast. The young manager, Lele, attended to our every need. She was very good at her job. I would definitely stay here again. The sunset view over the bay is very beautiful.

We do not recommend at all this hotel in which we stayed two nights to tour the Komodo Park. The city in general is quite uninteresting and the poor population, that we can understand and I think that it is necessary all the same to take it into account in this opinion. The rooms were a bit dirty, the toilets leaked constantly in the bathroom, we had to ask for bath towels to get some, there was no shower product as advertised and to top it off , despite a nice view, we decided not to stay to eat in the restaurant after seeing the head of the juice served. But all this seemed to be quite ridiculous to the staff who must certainly live in much worse conditions than these... The staff does not speak English very well and is not super pleasant, but hey that does not prevent Visiting Komodo Park and having a good time, considering the price it was certainly to be expected. In summary, if you are looking for a healthy accommodation with European luxury, go your way!
