Room was very smal and smelled.. We even had a problem with hot water which forced us to change room after the room was being prepared for 3 hours. Breakfast was very ordinary.

The only thing good about the Loccal Collection Hotel is their appearance from the outside. The food was average, the service was nonexistent. You had to find someone to get a towel or drink when at the pool. The rooms are small and at night a sewage smell. I would not recommend this hotel, would recommend Ecco Tree Hotel and the Bingtang Flores if your looking for a happy and friendly environment with good customer service. We spent 10 days in Labuan Bajo area and stayed at 4 Hotels and the only one that was disappointing was the Loccal.

Architecture of the building is nice, but service is poor. Probably because this is a new hotel. Will be very good when they have more experience in handling guests

I will never stay in a hotel again. This hotel was the only one I missed during the whole trip. First of all, the sound insulation is poor. With ordinary wooden glass doors, you can hear people talking downstairs at night. Secondly, the hardware facilities do not match the price. Rooms priced at RMB 1,100 and RMB 1,500 are equivalent to the hardware facilities of small domestic B&Bs. After checking in, there was no toothbrush. The hot water in the shower suddenly became cold halfway through washing, and it took another half an hour to heat it up. ...Several friends who traveled together said they were a little disappointed and the price/performance ratio was not high. However, the front desk service is still OK.
