I had a pleasant stay in meuorah, the staffs were friendly especially mbak novi whom help us through our check in even showing us our room, we went for our honeymoon and the room was decorated very nicely, we got a welcome cake and it was delicious, the scenery in the lobby, the pool, the room and restaurant were phenomenal, it is an open space with direct view to the ocean with a lot of boats parking around. Overall an easy 10/10, will come back again if I visit bajo in the future

This place was incredible. I had a private room which was clean and smelled amazing when you walked in. I loved the decor too. The decor of the whole place is so fresh and striking. The rooftop bar/pool area was really pretty and had great sunset views. Tried a dinner and breakfast at the restaurant which was delicious also. Wish I could have stayed longer.

1. Nice hotel. Like new. Approximately been built within 5 years back.
2. Got android TV but not connected to local or subscribed channel. Need to have your own Netflix account. Frustrated. I give 3/5
2.Location is very subjective. Not in walking travel distance to marina area (food area & sea view) & a bit hilly. Only forest & village view. But distance to the airport is convenient. Only less than 500m to the airport with proper walkway.

Nestled in a world of unparalleled luxury and tranquility, this resort offers an experience like no other. We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool and breathtaking sea views, which we considered one of the most serene and idyllic places on Earth. Beyond the Komodo National Park, the resort boasts an array of exciting activities and amenities. Organized snorkeling tours, yoga sessions, and cultural education programs cater to all interests. The resort features an Olympic-sized pool, multiple lounge pools, a state-of-the-art gym, and a fantastic spa with both hot and cold plunge pools. The resort also boasted several unique features, including a serene library, a coffee roastery, and a daily sunset ceremony (the sunsets were simply breathtaking). The culinary scene at the resort is equally impressive, with multiple restaurants serving delectable dishes. The breakfast restaurant stands out as particularly exceptional. The jetty at the resort is a sight to behold. We were fortunate enough to encounter turtles daily and embarked on snorkeling adventures and paddle boarding excursions in the bay every evening. As a private area, the resort exudes an unparalleled level of quiet and luxury. The staff is truly exceptional, with everyone knowing our names and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our butler, Rico, was particularly remarkable, providing attentive service and anticipating our every need. For morning tours that depart at 6 a.m., the resort kindly provided a takeaway bag of breakfast, ensuring we had a nourishing start to our day. To top it all off, the resort organized complimentary airport transfers, ensuring a smooth and convenient arrival. We were escorted to our transportation from the aero bridge, an experience that was very unique and cool. We highly recommend this resort to anyone in the area and would eagerly return for another unforgettable experience.

Really really love my experience here!! I knew Ayana was good and I even saw some videos online yett I was still sooooo impressed when I arrived there. We did some water activity which were really fun. The service was good and this has become a special place for us! If there is one thing that can be improved is the breakfast, we felt like it was just so so in comparison to all the other things that we experienced there. Thanks Ayana!!

Once in a while, we need to getaway from hustle and bustle of the capital city. we always looking for tranquility and convenience. This resort offer both in manners that we have not experience anywhere else. First of all the location. it's not too close to the city center but not too far as well. still walkable but we find that having a motorcycle or car is a convenience. We can enjoy the unobstructed amazing sunset view from the poolside bar. The spectrum of menu from both the food and the beverages are amazing. I recommend the Sudamala Breeze and Ikan Bakar Sudamala (the sambal/spicy paste can be too hot for some) that for me they are the perfect pairing. My wife and my son loves the spa. they offer traditional massage oils. One thing that I love about the place is that it's located right in front of the nicely paved pedestrian path to the city (the stretch of the main road is around 5km and therefore 10km a loop) . I recommend to bring a pair of road trainer and enjoy the early morning jog!

We booked two nights and stayed 6 nights. Contrary to most hotels, Sylvia hotel is situated at a nice stretch of beach. Around high tide there is excellent snorkelling right from the beach. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is quiet and most room have a terrace with sea view. The price quality is excellent. The only negative site is that it is 5 km from Labuan Bayo centre and the only transport is a taxi or the irregular hotel shuttle bus at taxi price. There only a few Indonesian and Italian dishes on the menu. The service at the restaurant is slow. There are no other restaurant at walking distance.

This hotel is great, except that it is expensive. The hotel environment is super good, there is a long pier, there are corals maintained by the hotel, and there are large schools of fish around all year round. The hotel allows free snorkeling, and you can see a lot of fish with a simple snorkeling. The paddle boards and kayaks on the beach are also free to use. The gym is small, but there is one:) The hotel restaurant has great soft couches by the sea. Order some drinks and sit by the sea. It is very comfortable. The hotel has afternoon tea in a different place every day, not necessarily in the hotel, it may be an activity to drive or take a boat out. One day we had afternoon tea at another private beach of the hotel. The environment was great and there were many live shells. The children had a lot of fun playing

Room: Not big, a little crowded after adding a bed, but enough, after all, most of the time is spent on the beach, restaurant and sea. The decoration is primitive, not as luxurious as Maldives
Food: It is strongly recommended to choose breakfast included. The breakfast set is very rich and you have to lean on the wall to eat. Lunch and dinner need to be ordered separately. The price is a little expensive (100+rmb per person), which is still cheaper than Maldives. The taste is not bad, but there are fewer choices
Environment: More than 80% of the islands are Europeans and Americans. Except for meal time, there are basically few people. The color level of the glass sea is not bad, but it is slightly worse than Semporna (Mataking), and the beach is average. The signal is really bad.
Underwater: Absolutely~ How many islands can you see Jack Storm by snorkeling? There are all kinds of other fish schools, lionfish, clownfish, turtles, small sharks, and silly Titan triggers. Snorkeling enthusiasts should not miss it! At 11 o'clock every day when the tide is low, you can see the sea directly at the pier. Giant clams, sea urchins, and corals are all in sight without getting into the water

Excellent
Cute little resort with a great pool! Would recommend upgrading to the hut style suits rather than the ‘standard room’ Lots of noise from the restaurant upstairs in the standard room. Didn’t bother us as we woke to watch sunrise each day but could be frustrating if you enjoy sleeping in. Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast/restaurant The output wasn’t great. Breakfast could use better bread (maybe from one of the local bakeries in town?) along with a wider range of options?? Coffee also need to be sorted out!! Was in drinkable We also hired a scooter that was shocking and in need for attention - we have to put air in the tyres in town!! (Unsafe maybe??) HOWEVER these things are all so little and we had a great stay - staff are genuinely beautiful and this sealed it for us! 3/4 out of ten mostly due to the view and the staff
GGuest UserThe room is big and clean, the staffs are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again to stay if we visit Labuan Bajo. The biggest advantage is the location ia very near to the airport so we don’t really need to rush to go to the aiport.
GGuest UserVery cute hotel far away from the hussel and bussel of everything.
While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for.
As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain.
Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha.
Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path.
Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time.
Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands)
Just 1 tip: BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! 🤭
GGuest UserWe booked only for one night in this hotel because we were thinking to to the overnight on a boat afterwards. The location was so great, the view amazing, but it was not the first option. The cleaning was not good, the sheets were stained (we complained and the staff said we could change room, even though it was the same), the toilet was too basic and it felt old and rusty.
The breakfast on the roof top was ok, the view was breathtaking!
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Sunrise Hotel and found it to be a good value for the price. The location is conveniently close to Komodo Town, making it easy to explore the area. However, it can get quite noisy at night due to nearby entertainment venues. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the overall experience.
GGuest UserI booked a bed space in the all-female hostel room (which has 6 beds) only because I couldn’t find any other available accomodation (it was busy season). The room was clean and so was the bed space. Air conditioning worked well and there are locker drawers at the bottom of each bunk for small items or pouches - if you would like to use it, ask for the key from reception. Power socket is also available on the wall by each bed (even the top bunk) as well as a fresh bath towel to use. Overall ok stay for one night. Bunk mates were all nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Toilets, sinks and shower rooms could be cleaner but it really depends on how the other hostel guests are using them. You can also hear loud talking from the other guests sometimes but this is expected in a small hostel environment. Finally, there is also a cafe out front serving good coffee. Great spot to have a cuppa. Otherwise there are also other cafes and good eats within walking distance.
GGuest UserThe sheets were clean but had small holes and definitely needed an upgrade. The bathroom was really dated and although it smelled clean it looked dirty. The shower had really low pressure. The ac unit was really loud. And if you’re a light sleeper be warned that chickens will wake you up at dawn.
The staff were friendly and they offered breakfast brought to your room, but I had to leave early so I did not get to eat here.
It was fine for one night, but some improvements are needed.
GGuest UserWe arrived and the pool was green and the place looked slightly abandoned. It’s sad because I think it could really be a good hotel/ hostel if it was given a bit of love! We had a family room for 4 of us, which we had to walk through a dorm to get too, which then was a room without windows, the aircon hardly worked and the toilet didn’t work at all! We had to use the one in the communal area which again stopped working which isn’t ideal! Breakfast pancakes were good and wifi was good however I don’t think I would stay here again as it just seemed like it was a bit forgotten about!! However their dog is goregous!!!!
张张The hotel is opposite the Sylvia Hotel. The rooms are in general sanitary condition. The room is on a hillside. The hotel is on a very steep slope. The roads and beaches are average. The breakfast is very simple. The conditions for a rowboat to play nearby are much worse than Sylvia, but the price is also cheaper. Generally, it is very good for people who travel in an adventure spirit.
