Una bella vacanza passata in coppia con vari amici, pulizia ottima cibo con varietà e qualità, camere spaziose, piscine molto funzionali posizione dell albergo ottima vicino alle fermate dei bus e vicino al centro a 5 min dal porto per vedere le altre isole

Das ist schlechte Gastronomie! Das Hotel ist total hellhörig. Der Speisesaal laut. Das Servicepersonal unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Die Speisen eine Katastrophe. Einzig die Pasta war akzeptabel. Beim Frühstück viel trockene Mehlspeisen ,teilweise Obst mit angefaulten Stellen. Kein Obstsalat. Billigster Pressschinken. Kein Schwarzbrot oder Vollkornbrot. Mittelmäßiger Kaffee. Bei der Rezeption keine Buskarten erhältlich. Schön ist der geheizte Pool. Gut auch die Matratzen. Die Reinigung im Bad nur mittelmäßig. Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe unterwegs, ansonsten hätten wir uns ein anderes Quartier gesucht.

Bellissimo hotel, abbiamo avuto una camera con balcone vista piscina pulita e spaziosa arredata di tutti i confort, abbiamo trovato personale gentile e disponibile, una piccola ma funzionale spa unica pecca il ristorante con pietanze non all’altezza.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questa struttura,che in verità, ha ampi spazi, anche se l’arredamento andrebbe rinfrescato. Le camere sono pulite e ben attrezzate con armadi e bagno efficiente. La piscina all’aperto riscaldata è il fiore all’occhiello, mentre l’area spa è un po’ piccola e non permette la fruizione se non a due /tre persone per volta. La posizione della struttura è ideale rispetto al centro che si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti ed inoltre fornita ,fuori l’ingresso , di comode fermate degli autobus di linea . Ciò che andrebbe migliorato è la conduzione del ristorante, simile più ad una mensa, tovagliette di plastica e scarsa attenzione ai dettagli.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 25 al 02 ottobre una bella vacanza passata tra amici strutura ben tenuta e pulita come da foto, spa interna e molto comoda menu buonissimo e con molta varietà, posiizone ottima viicno al centro e vicino alla femrasta del bus, ottimi coleggamenti anche con il porto di Lacco Ameno e Casamciciola escursioni ben organizzate e con prelvemaneto dll'albergo

ambienta familiare e caloroso, cibo ottimo e anche un ottimo menu per bambini, piscina sterna fantastica, spa molto bella, posizione centrale e un buon collegatamento con con i bus, puliza ottima e camere belle avevamo due camere camera classic e standard stile diverso ma molto curate nei dettagli anche se le classic al mio parere sono più belle avendo uno stile veneziano ecco alcune foto del nostro soggiorno fantatstico

Hotel circondato dalla natura e dal verde , dove si gode del fresco sotto alberi antichi di pepe, posizione perfetta, servizio molto professionale, colazione ottima e cena con antipasti molto ricca e varie opzioni di scelta, un grazie allo staff della portineris che ci ha soddiffatto le aspettative veramente da 10 insieme alla sua squadra (cameriere, cameriere ecc.. ) che con tanto garbo,pazienza e professionalità accontentano tutti gli ospiti. Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere una bella vacanza

Ci ho pensato tanto prima di prenotare visto alcune recensioni negative, ma devo dire la verità ho trovato una struttura ben organizzata e con il perusonale super gentile e preparato, camera standard normali con tutti i comfort, spa interne ho effettuato anche le cure con l’impegnativa medica, piscina esterna dove si trovava la camera cibo ottimo facendo la pensione completa non mi aspettavo così buono
