Hotel has the perfect location, rooms immaculate as is the hotel, gardens and pool. Staff were very proffessional and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This was my second time at this property since I am genuinely fond of this hotel. The room was perfect however this time it was overlooking the main road so it was a bit noisier. The rooms overlooking the back garden are far quieter. Unfortunately we felt the bar-man at the pool was extremely rude and unpleasant. We are not sure why such a personality would be placed in such a position and felt disappointed by his attitude. Otherwise we would still like to return here when back in Ischia.

The staff, from reception to the restaurant manager and his team, and last but by no means least, the amazing housekeeping team made our 2nd stay as unforgettable as our 1st for all the right reasons. Everyone takes pride in their role. We had great food and a relaxing break. When our return flight was cancelled on our final evening reception were able to accommodate us for an extra night and rearrange our transfer for our new departure date which took a great deal of stress out of the situation.

Hotel molto pulito e confortevole... ottima la posizione, strategica per ogni spostamento, con la fermata del bus proprio davanti. la cucina ottima e abbondante, il personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta del cliente. Consigliatissimo!!!

Villa circondata dal verde , dove si gode del fresco sotto alberi d'ulivo, posizione perfetta, servizio molto professionale, colazione ottima e cena con buffet antipasti molto ricca e varie opzioni di scelta, un grazie val Maitre Giovanni veramente da 10 e lode insieme alla sua squadra che con tanto garbo,pazienza e professionalità accontentano tutti gli ospiti. Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere una bella vacanza

Ho soggiornato 8 giorni a Villa Svizzera e sono stati giorni di pieno relax. L'albergo ha la fermata dei bus proprio fuori al cancello e le spiaggette di Lacco Ameno vicinissime. Ho alloggiato nelle stanze intorno al corpo centrale. Camera doppia molto pulita e bella grande con un bel bagno e soprattutto una doccia ampia, con cambio asciugamani giornaliero. All'esterno un piccolo terrazzino che affacciava sulla zona verde intorno alla piscina. Il verde intorno alla piscina tenuto molto bene e nonostante l'albergo fosse pieno ho sempre trovato lettini liberi per prendere il sole o rilassarmi. La sala da pranzo molto grande quindi non si rischia di ritrovarsi con la sedia attaccata a quella del tavolo vicino. Il maitre Giovanni e tutto lo staff dei camerieri voto 10, sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità infinita. Veloci nel servizio e a carpire al volo i bisogni degli ospiti. Ci tornero' sicuramente.

Vengo ogni anno in questa struttura e trovo sempre cortesia e qualità. Ottima cucina, ricco buffet e vastissima scelta per la colazione. Il maitre Giovanni e la sua squadra di camerieri sono attentissimi a soddisfare i clienti e curare al meglio la sala. Ottima posizione, vicino ai bus e al paese. Cortesia e professionalità anche da parte della reception e del Direttore. Gli ospiti, perlopiù anziani o coppie, garantiscono tranquillità ed educazione e si riesce a godere di pace e benessere, senza schiamazzi o altro, come succede in altre strutture. Spero rimanga sempre cosi, perché è il mio posto del cuore

No recomiendo esté hotel..pésima atención..no se deje engañar por la ubicación que tiene...por estar frente al mar...no tiene ascensor...las habitaciones están lejos..hay que subir y bajar escaleras es horrible..NUNCA más....el desayuno es de terror...los mozos están todo el dia al lado tuyo para ver lo que te servis...como si fueras un ladrón...fue horrible...no lo recomiendo a nadie...la pase muy mal...me deje llevar por la ubicación que tenía...

Die Lage ist fantastisch, sowohl die Bushaltestelle als auch der Hafen sind ganz nahe! Besonders schön ist der wunderschöne Park, der Pool, es gibt auch eine Poolbar! Das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und exzellent. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Angebot und die Qualität der SPA Behandlungen ist hochwertig! Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt! Ich werde dieses Hotel wieder buchen!
