We were four families total 12 members We reached lachung at 8 pm and the food had become finished though our trip was pre booked.morning breakfast was very bad and three of our members became ill after eating the breakfast.As our checkout was scheduled at 12 noon theyhad taken out our luggages from our room and put them in the cloak room without our permission.As three of our members became ill,we asked them for a room for half an hour to fresh up.But they denied even we requested them a lot saying that other guest will come but we knew that know guest can reach before 5 pm if they started from gangtok in the morning.The receptionist was very rude.We had often stayed in summit group of hotel but this hotel's staff behaviour and food was worst.l will never recommend khangri kharpo to anyone in the future.terrible experience

Need to improve the taste of their food. The food needs to to be hot throughout the duration. Toiletries can be more handy

We booked room with mountain view and it was all magical. Hotel hygiene was good, room were spacious and staff was also quite helpful.

Beds are Heated , but no comfortable, Geyser not working properly which is compulsory in this temperature, Food quality is not at all satisfaction & price are abnormal We booked Family Mountain View but we were not placed in that Room,Breakfast was terrible

My stay at Summit Hotel and Resorts in Lachung was a complete nightmare. Despite charging five-star prices, the experience was barely that of a three-star hotel. The property is poorly maintained. The rooms had broken tables, malfunctioning lights, and taps that didn’t work properly. This lack of upkeep significantly detracted from the comfort and quality of the stay. To make matters worse, the food was well below expectations. Both the variety and quality of the meals were disappointing, making dining at the hotel an unpleasant experience. Overall, my experience was extremely unsatisfactory. I strongly recommend avoiding this property for your trip to Lachung. Look elsewhere for better value and a more enjoyable stay.
