good stay...but tandoor item was not available and reason was less headcount...which was not a fair reason as people would feel like eating tandoor items in cold weather...they should oblige even if 1 guest is there in hotel. rest all was good

Overall, my stay at jewel kongchen retreat & spa hotel was nothing short of exceptional. It's the perfect destination for anyone looking to unwind and indulge in a bit of luxury. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.

The rooms were excellent, clean and spacious. View mostly beautiful good facilities- power fluctuations due to heavy rains but mostly ok
great collection of library books to read from which was enjoyable outside bird-nest swings add a fun element food although he provides some variety- the potatoes were uncooked and soups didn't taste good, average taste in general, could've been better

The hotel is a little away from the maddening crowd which was a big plus for me. It's a new property, rooms are extremely clean, nice ambience and very cooperative staff. Stayed in a room with a balcony and the moment you pull the curtain we were amazed to see the snow capped mountain and in the evening there were clouds playing with the mountains. Overall it was a very pleasant stay though there is some scope of improvement in terms of breakfast and dinner in terms of variety.

No 24*7 electricity they will provide candels in the room. Genset is not working no invertor lights in room or toilet.
