Soggiorno perfetto ,personale cordiale simpatico disponibile , servizio ottimo, ristorante buono , colazione top, camere belline pulite con balconcino , vista bellissima della baia .parcheggio gratuito , posizione ottima , piscina ottima , grazie

Siamo stati alcuni giorni in questo hotel, ho letto che hanno cambiato gestione. Non mi sono trovata bene, apparte la colazione a buffet, buona, i letti comodi, le ragazze della reception carine e gentili… la stanza del ristorante fredda e alla sera si mangiava col giubbotto, per andare a cena bisogna passare per l’esterno dell’hotel ( fatalità pioveva e faceva freddo…) nel menu non c’era possibilità di scelta, ma solo 1 primo, 1 secondo e contorno, non c’era alternativa… o quello o quello… neanche un po’ di frutta oppure insalata, pomodori ecc… in più i serramenti erano vecchi e con ruggine, tazzine non perfettamente pulite… L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è stata la colazione a buffet, i letti erano comodi e la bella vista del panorama… Dispiace scrivere questo, ma purtroppo è la mia reale esperienza…

Per la prima volta sono tornato nella stessa struttura per due anni consecutivi. Iniziando dall'accoglienza la lode al personale della reception che ci ha messo a disposizione la camera molte ore prima del previsto check-in per una problema di mia moglie. Stessa cura nel check-out quando ci hanno consentito di fare la colazione prima dell'orario previsto. Queste sono attenzioni da cinque stelle!! Complimenti anche al cuoco ed alla cucina specie per il risotto al nero di seppia spettacolare ed alla cortesia e simpatia delle cameriere. La posizione ed il panorama sono davvero entusiasmanti e le camere familiari sono tra le più spaziose e confortevoli che abbia mai trovato. In ogni caso , lo ripeto, la lode va senza dubbio al personale che è il vero valore aggiunto dell'Hotel. Solo una cosa non capisco perché a una struttura così sono state assegnate solo tre stelle? In ogni caso Complimenti e Grazie!!

A éviter! L'hôtel et son restaurant semblent délaissés... Personne à la réception à l'arrivée, attente 20 minutes, puis une personne très désagréable qui nous a montré la chambre en 2 minutes avec l'air fatigué. La chambre familiale (à 5) est lamentable, une seule climatisation pour l'ensemble, la mezzanine étouffante, la chambre du fond sans fenêtre et deux petits lits de chaque côté de la porte. Lits très durs, mobilier vieillot et pauvre, salles de bain mal aérées et douches cassées. Restaurant un soir, 30€ pour une entrée, un plat, des fruits pas mûrs, pas de choix ( un seul plat, un seul dessert) et pas bons. Personnel toujours désagréable, y compris au petit déjeuner. On a l'air de les déranger, on est obligé d'aller les chercher dans les cuisines pour demander le café auquel on a droit. Ils ne remettent pas les tables quand les gens partent, donc il faut être vraiment ferme pour ne pas se retrouver dans l'endroit chaud et reculé du restaurant. Les autres commentaires datent d'il y a plusieurs années, cela a du se dégrader...

The hotel enjoys a splendid view from the dining room and the garden, full of well-kept plants. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, the rooms are new and comfortable and the swimming pool is beautiful. At dinner, choice between 3 first courses, 3 second courses, fruit or dessert, always being able to choose between a seafood or vegetarian dish, abundant buffet at breakfast. Very kind staff.

Hotel a little dated in look but very well located, extremely kind and collaborative staff towards every little need, really to be praised. Complete and satisfying three-star breakfast. It's a shame about the very high walls of the terraces which block the view of the sea without climbing a specific step.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for about 10 days. I'll start straight away from the positive aspects: - the staff is super friendly, always present and the girls at the tables are very nice and helpful, especially Colette and Maria!! - varied breakfast buffet: chocolate croissants, empty croissants, with jam etc etc, cakes, tarts, donuts, yogurt, cereals, pancakes. The savory part was also present: bacon, eggs, frankfurters, tomatoes, mozzarella, salad, corn (food that I would have liked to also find as a buffet appetizer before dinner). Aspects to improve: - for those who have difficulty walking and for those who are confined to wheelchairs, unfortunately this is not the right hotel because it is full of stairs and has no lift. My mother moved with the crutch and slowly managed to climb the stairs. - the route to reach the restaurant is very characteristic because it is made of wood and overlooks the sea but unfortunately it is located outside the structure and in the first days of the holiday when it rained we had to run (my mother included) to find shelter inside of the restaurant. - dinner: no appetizer buffet (and this is the thing that surprised me most of all), small portions, bland dishes. We got up from the table feeling a little hungry. - the WIFI connection was very unstable. - the room was quite large but with a little more cleaning it would have been perfect. Even though I had told the cleaning ladies several times that the shower head was full of limescale which prevented the water from coming out, they forgot to intervene. - hire more waitresses, please! The girls at breakfast and dinner can't serve so many tables if there are only 2 of them. I don't think I'll go back.

Enchanting and well-kept place with a breathtaking view from where beautiful panoramic paths wind, the staff is attentive and kind and you can still feel a family atmosphere. Varied and plentiful breakfast. All much appreciated!
