Check in -fast & easy. We didn’t use any of the facilities so I cannot comment on them. We had a 2 bedroom unit on the 2nd floor. The buildings are all 2 or 3 stories and none have an elevator so be aware of that if stairs are an issue for you. We were in building 2 which backs towards Paugus Bay (which cannot be seen because of the trees). But, the trees were nice to see and made it feel private. And they effectively blocked noise from Weirs Blvd below. There was a large coat closet with boom, mop & small vacuum if needed. The 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds, 1 nightstand, 1 dresser & a small closet. It had its own bath with shower. Also in this bathroom was a stacking washer/dryer. We were pleasantly surprised there was a w/d and were glad to have it. The placement is just a bit awkward the way the enclosing doors and the doors of the w/d themselves opened. But it was workable. There was a L shaped kitchen with plenty of counter space and dishes/glassware/silverware. There were 3 pots of various sizes and 2 frying pans (12” I would guess). None were non stick. There was a toaster, electric can opener, tea kettle, some mixing type bowls & an assortment of cooking utensils. There were lots of steak knives but only a couple of other cooking knives. There was a broiler pan & cookie sheet. The full sized fridge had 2 ice cubes trays which we appreciated having. The electric range and microwave worked well. All in all decently equipped. There is also a bbq for guests to use just outside. Further in was the large dining table & there are also 3 barstools at the kitchen counter. Then the living room with a 3 person couch, 2 easy chairs and a fireplace. The furniture was pretty comfortable. Beyond that was a balcony with a table and 4 chairs overlooking the forest. Beside the living room was the master suite with a king sized bed, 2 night stands, one dresser, one easy chair and a closet. The attached bath had one sink and a shower over a large oval soaking tub. Good water pressure. In general, the decor was a little dated. But it was clean and well maintained. Things we didn’t like (minor) - the dresser drawers didn’t stay shut and one of the twin beds had the bed rails poking out. We didn’t use it so it didn’t matter but it would have been dangerous for a child. When we mentioned it to them they immediately knew what we were talking about and had worked on it prior to our arrival. They thought it was fixed and we’re going back to check on it.
