A great property, great location, all you could ask for! Was at Ladybrand for a soccer ⚽ tournament. Walking distance to the school grounds ,shops, to police 🚨 station, and nearby nightclub. All within a 5km radius.

The property was clean and inviting. The only challenge which was dealt with on the next day was the showering water which was either cold or no pressure when it was coming out on the first day. The remainder of the stay was great after the water issue was addressed.

The staff was courteous, professional and friendly - exactly how ubuntu is documented. Wifi was flawless, Aircon was seamless and the lighting was impressive. They also assisted with calling a local taxi to assist in transport to a nearby destination. Quite cool :)

Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was lekker and the environment was welcoming and cool. Over and above expectations, the place was awesome indeed. I'll refer my friends and family for vacation

I'm never staying anywhere else again in Ladybrand. Thank you Nyakallo. She was very friendly and accommodation of my requests. No hiccups even during loadshedding, they are completely prepared. The backyard so peaceful and neat.

Keep it at that. Great facility in totality. Loved everything. Am hopeful open view can be expanded to DSTV family and Business bouquet. An addition of a pool can do wonders. Thank you CITY STAY for the hospitality
