Na een correcte ontvangst een kamer gekregen waar de airco meer lawaai maakt dan een landbouw tractor, een shabby gedateerde kamer waarvan een deel van de gordijnen met geen mogelijkheid open te krijgen waren en de schemerlamp geen lamp bleek te hebben. Op onze vraag of er voor deze prijs 428 of met bij betaling een andere kamer beschikbaar was omdat dit in geen enkele verhouding staat tot de gevraagde prijs werd helaas negatief geantwoord. Kortom de uitstraling van het hotel in de algemene ruimtes lounge zwembad en restaurant is zonder meer goed te noemen. Maar de kamers op de derde verdieping dienen gemeden te worden. Zeer teleurstellend.

The location and view are absolutely stunning, but the lasagna and filetto were disappointing. The quality of the dishes was poor, and the bill was too high for what was served. I suggest they focus more on improving the food quality to match the beautiful setting.

Relais Villa Vittoria is simply magical! We hosted our 30-person wedding here last month and the more we reflect, the more it feels like we were living in a dream. The service, the food, and the property were all fabulous! Realis has this historic charm to it that makes you feel like you are living in a storybook and while I’ve read through several mixed reviews, I can tell you that this is a destination that I will crave to return to for the rest of my life. There’s something so special that echoes throughout the villa. While we were there the lush landscape was filled with jasmine blooms and there were swans that swam up on the lake. I wish I could bottle it up. To our wedding planner Laura that helped make our wedding dreams come true – thank you! You were lovely to work with, quick to reply to all of our questions, and recommended amazing vendors that exceeded our expectations. To the hotel staff that delivered upon all our requests and more, thank you for being a part of our special day! Truly an amazing team. This place is an absolute gem! Memories of a lifetime.

On the banks of the most charming of Italian lakes, a boutique hotel full of charm where time stands still suspended above the waves. The staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient and the rooms are very pleasant and well decorated, some with a balcony overlooking the water. And don't forget the excellent surprise of the restaurant, where the cuisine matches the beautiful terrace (excellent parmigiana, among other dishes). Please note: the car park is small and a little further away.

We have just got back from our wedding weekend at the villa and all I can say is thank you. It truly was the wedding of our dreams and more. We had a pizza dinner on the Friday, the food was great and the table set up lovely. We went for the buffet style and had drinks served out of the outside bar. For the wedding day on the Saturday, we had 48 people with one long table for dinner. The staff could not have been more lovely, from Laura who helped us co-ordinate everything to Claudio who was an absolute dream serving drinks and generally being amazing. To the head waiter, to the head chef and all the other staff at breakfast, reception, cleaning staff genuinely could not have been more accommodating. The rooms were just lovely. Clean and spacious and checkin was smooth (I was a little worried about this beforehand as lots of people turning up at once). They were so organised and had the list printed of where all our guests were staying. The table set up for the wedding day was stunning and the staff made sure everything was perfect & organised all of ceremony seating. The villa itself is just beautiful, the restaurant food is outstanding. All I can say is thank you so very much for making our weekend so special. We will for sure be back! Although the village of Laglio is very small and we don't immediately understand where to park (a specific place located about twenty meters away will be kindly recommended to you at reception), we were totally charmed from the moment we entered by this little gem hotel: - the staff is extremely cheerful and warm, while knowing how to be discreet and efficient, from reception to service, including the cooks and cleaning staff. This entire team contributes greatly to the soul of this superb house - a lot of attention is paid to details: games available in the common living room, quality accessories nicely presented in the room, ... - the room we had ( #1: Camera Matrimoniale con Vista Lago) was incredibly charming and romantic, with its balcony overlooking the lake. The tiled floor quickly reverberated the noise from the landing, we just closed the airlock to protect ourselves and the matter was settled - the restaurant offers tasty cuisine and a charming view of the lake. Its spaces are full of absolutely charming little nooks and crannies - cleanliness is taken seriously and everything is impeccable - a pontoon allows you to board a boat directly for a tour of the lake In summary: an ideal hotel for a romantic getaway, if you wish take advantage of the calming part of the lake to recharge your batteries. Walks along the lake are entirely possible on foot or by bike to explore the surroundings. A car is essential if you want to reach Bellagio (unless you are dropped off there by boat).
