Ótimo hotel!

Superficial cleaning, there was a “live” cockroach in my bathroom! That's right!!! No room service, you carry your bags, if you order something to eat (very simple and limited menu) you will have to collect it at reception. Room with a musty smell and in the corridors, very dingy carpet with crusts.

I made the reservation for my 2 year old daughter and wife, I received feedback that the facilities were perfect and the service provided to my family by the hotel was perfect.

The hotel is good, has a good breakfast and is well located. It's worth the cost.

The attendant who provided the transfer service for us was very attentive and helpful. The rooms are good. However, the service at reception and breakfast leave a lot to be desired. More than 10 minutes waiting for cutlery to be replaced. It takes a long time to replace items and clean tables. Reception staff do not respond to requests.

I paid a good price when booking and managed to stay very close to the airport. The hotel offers coffee early for travelers, starting at 4:30 am, has a 24-hour reception and offers a transfer service at a very affordable cost.

Estávamos operadas e não podíamos fazer força. Não tinha nenhum Atendente pra nos ajudar com as malas e ninguém se disponibilizou, a moça da recepção super mal educada . Tem um restaurante onde você tem que ir na recepção fazer o pedido , e se alguém estiver fazendo chekin ou checkout você tem que esperar para poder fazer o pedido, e na hora de entregarem a comida eles não colocam na sua mesa , não te servem . Colocam em um balcão lá e você que se vire pra ir buscar . Deveriam ser mais atenciosos .
