We like the hotel’s location as it is on the scenic cliff walk (direct access), great view and walk along the cliff. Staffs are very friendly. Room is spacious.

From Check in to check out the Cascades team could not have done more to accommodate our Valentines visit to thier Wellness Resort. Jaoa on check in and Anita Santos, Guest Service are great Ambassadors for there employers. Accommodation, Spa, Restaurant, bar ( thank you Mario) all delivered more than expected. We will definitely return. Thank you all - Appreciated.

The pool view is beautiful, but it's too cold. Chinese people are not good at physique. The room balcony is super large and it's OK to sunbathe. 🛏Room facilities: The most complete hotel in Spain and Portugal Self-driving parking is very convenient and free 🌟Service experience: Very friendly. Because there are no rooms when we arrive, we are given free drinks at the bar. In fact, we arrived early. 🏨Hotel environment: The hotel is on the edge of the Atlantic cliff and you can directly see the view

The hotel is very quiet and beautiful, it is very convenient to watch the sunrise and sunset, and the service is also very good.

Gorgeous resort, right along the water with gorgeous views of the cliffs. We had a problem with the hot water in the first unit we were in. But the staff was very attentive and helped us immediately find another apartment and move all of our stuff over to the new location. I was very impressed with their professionalism. The restaurants on site are great options if you don't feel like venturing into Lagos. Very happy with our stay here.

I highly recommend this property. Amazing service. Great spa. AND wonderful trails to explore the cliffs that this property sits on. No need to gi anywhere for food unless u want to explore Lagos more. They have three restaurants on site and there’s a huge breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes. and pancakes. Two pools: one heated and one not. Overall, the service level is what impressed me the most. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful resort and the staff is exceptional. Our room was very large, clean, and comfortable and our balcony had an amazing view! The entire staff at the gastropub were excellent and the food and beverages outstanding!!

Amazing. The apartment was as comfortable as we could only wish - the kitchen, the dining area and the bedroom of course; so calm and cosy - can’t wish more. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the apartments which could be older than the actual hotel rooms. The room was big but very basic so 5 stars are more about the services that the resort provides (spa, gym, golf, tennis) and not the luxurious accommodation. We had a car so it was easy to reach but it is 30 min walk from Lagos-center so if you don’t have a car, you need a to prepare to walk to get to the restaurants etc. I would imagine this would be a perfect spot for families and groups. The trails and the beach nearby are soooo beautiful!

Our stay was lovely with great food and wonderful service. Hotel site is great for a beautiful hike or bike around. Small improvements on gym facilities (no wifi, needs more equipments, update equipments , spa pool should be heated as mentioned by staff) would make it perfect. We would return next time when we visit Lagos.

It's rated as a 5 star hotel but it felt like a 3-4 star hotel - the facilities are a bit run down pool towels needs an upgrade - in general the property needs an upgrade.
