Location, staff and hotel were amazing!

Lagos is a nice town. The hotel is a relatively large resort hotel in the area. It is like a three-star hotel in Hainan. It is similar to an apartment suite. The bedroom is next to the corridor, which is noisy in the peak season. There are not many people in the off-season. There is free parking around, but because we are afraid of scratches, we still spend 12 euros to park in the underground hotel exclusive parking lot. Don't worry! The breakfast is good, probably because it is a resort hotel. The swimming pool is very good.

Friendly and nice people

The room offered to me was smelling quite badly, and the property is quite old. I had to abandon my stay and asked for a refund.

This is a large property with huge rooms, a beautiful pool, and a lovely buffet breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, great location 10min walk to start of the lively/busy area. Staff all super super friendly and always smiling. Apartments were massive. Food was average. Pool area great

We got an upgrade because our rooms weren’t ready which we were pleased about. Our stay was nice. The breakfast was not that great. Not worth purchasing.

We stayed at this hotel for one week. It was within walking distance to the marina area and several restaurants. It was also near the beautiful beaches of the Algarve. We enjoyed the pools and the fitness facilities. Mario, the breakfast food service manager was very personable and gave many suggestions and information about how to travel around the Algarve. He did an excellent job. Further, the people setting and clearing tables were also friendly and very efficient. The breakfast buffet was the best of the 5 hotels we stayed in while visiting Portugal.

I like the room (superior room very large) but the hotel is too much big. There is too much people. The breakfast is poor. The swimming pools are old, dirty and in need to renovation. Anonymous.

Clean, quiet and short walk to the beach.

This hotel is in an excellent location and has fantastic amenities. The hotel continental breakfast was incredible, had a huge selection and incorporated several delicious Portuguese foods, as well as fresh fruit which was absolutely amazing. We also loved the pool - really big and lots of seating, plus a convenient pool bar. Would definitely recommend.
