Très bon séjour. Lieu calme, très propre, piscine chaude et agréable, sauna et jacuzzi très bien. Très bonne restauration et petit déjeuner copieux. Le service est de très bonne facture et l’accueil très apprécié. Bien placé dans Laguiole pour les magasins, le départ de randonnée

Établissement, personnel, chambres, restauration et surtout propriétaires au top. Nous recommandons vivement pour une étape ou un plus long séjour. Pour un moment de détente vous avez l'espace Bien Être, la piscine, le jacuzzi. Merci à Julien et Céline, Maria, Sandra, Axel, Clément, Berlin dans et les autres dont nous ne connaissons malheureusement pas les prénoms.

Un hôtel charmant et convivial avec un personnel très gentil, accueillant et aux petits soins. Picine immense. Ping pong : très sympa. La cuisine est faite maison et les produits sont de qualité. C'est très appréciable ! Merci pour ce bon moment.

Un accueil très agréable, un service sympathique de tout le personnel, des chambres très propres, literie parfaite, un décor agréable. Un petit déjeuner très complet avec des produits frais. Les tapas du midi parfaits et très bons . Le tout avec des prix raisonnables. Merci à toute l’équipe pour l’agréable séjour que vous nous avez fait passer. Un établissement à découvrir et à recommander.

everyone was great except the guy who introduced himself as "the boss" and explained that 300 euros was too much to spend to have a repairman come and fix the jacuzzi that was out of service for over a week and that even though my husband explained that the jacuzzi had been the reason for this hotel rather than an other he did not care nor apologize simply invited us to use the sauna or hammam which is wet or dry hot boxes but do not help with my back pain like the jacuzzi would have. also , no smoke detectors in rooms- no emergency exit info , a qr code to scan that doesn't work, broken glass from a picture frame in hallway;

Personnel : très bon accueil à la réception et au petit déjeuner Chambre spacieuse, de même la salle de bains, WC séparé Fourniture de chaussons (de plus en plus rare en 4 étoiles et là il s'agit d'un 3 étoiles) Piscine et spa super Petit déjeuner très varié et avec des produits de qualité, y compris des jus de fruit pressés

Nous sommes arrivés avec un chien et un bébé et nous avons eu la surprise d'un surclassement dans une chambre familiale, merci beaucoup pour cette attention. Felicitation au personnel qui est agréable, souriant, professionnel et attentif. Espace piscine propre et chauffé. Hôtel agréable et bien entretenu. A bientôt certainement !

This is a really good hotel and well worth our detour on the road south. You almost feel like being in an alpine ski resort. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and little things like the water fountain at reception were appreciated. The bedroom was very comfortable and well equipped. The indoor beautifully heated swimming pool is of a good size and great to use. Certainly this hotel punches above its weight.

Halte sur la route de l'Espagne, une très bonne surprise, accueil au top, piscine intérieure superbe même si jacuzzi en panne, petit dej de très bonne qualité, manquait une véritable douche dans la chambre et un poste de charge pour véhicule électrique mais il y en a un a 300 mètres sur la place. Cela nous réconcilie avec le système hôtelier par rapport au logement chez l'habitant.
