The facilities are very old, the toilet is filled with water manually intermittently, and the refrigerator makes a loud noise. The room is not soundproof. It's close to the beach and not far from restaurants and shopping streets. The location is good.

What a gem of a find. Yes...it's a bit dated but I can't say enough great things about the staff. The location is perfect. Close to Heisler beach but a healthy walk to Main Beach and all the action. Beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs are available. The pool was delicious. The bed and linens were so comfy. And a parking space was a bonus. Easy access to everything either walking or the free trolly. Yes, the shower was tight and the furniture has seen better days. But I will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Diese Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vor Ort. Man kann sich sogar gratis Sonnenschirme, Strandsessel und Boogieboards ausborgen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Tiptop gepflegt und sehr sehr sauber. Wir kommen zu 100% wieder ♥️♥️♥️

We had a great stay at the Tides. The location to the beach, shops and restaurants was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this location if you’re staying in Laguna beach!

An adorable inn right in the heart of Laguna. Spacious and comfortable room, and only one block to the beach. Great value. I will stay here again!

It’s a great place to stay as it is close to the main beach, the free trolley, and great restaurants. The pool area was great as well. The pool was clean, it had a grill and a bar, and a fire place. It was very nice at night. Great location for a family doing a weekend getaway!

Loved our stay. Online minor complaint isn't that walls are thin so you hear everything your neighbors are doing in our outside if their rooms and it's close to the road, so you hear traffic. Parking is really right, too. But good service and great location, especially for the price.
