Das Hotel ist ein Traum, Lage, Personal und Service. Das Frühstück und Abendessen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ruhe dort gibt wieder Kraft. Der Poolbereich In- wie Outdoor ist unvergleichbar schön, mit Blick auf Meran. Sehr zu empfehlen, jederzeit wieder!

Don't book if you want reliable accommodation. We booked a stay over New Year's Eve in June. This was cancelled at the end of September because the hotel had decided to close. By then, all reasonable alternatives were already fully booked.

Beautiful hotel, but not worth 4 stars. At least the rooms in the old building are very noisy on the street side and have no air conditioning, the chairs on the balcony are made of plastic and very old. The showers are also from the last century, although the staff try to keep everything clean. Unfortunately the rooms cannot keep up with the quality of the food, which is exquisite and really fantastic. The indoor pool with infinity pool seems perfect to us, the wellness oasis on the roof of the new building also seems to have seen better days. Overall a nice hotel, but due to the facilities, an exaggerated rating with very exquisite prices.

Beautiful room, with large spaces, well furnished and with everything you need, excellent cleanliness and a spectacular view!
