Great location, they have an amazing service - checkin was really smooth and within few mins . Only thing bad is while sitting in a cab after checking out h there were about 20 staff who came from nowhere to ask for tips - find it odd

Poor room condition. Smelly room toilet with too old and dirty comode. Pungent smell was coming throughout our night stay. I called thrice to the hotel management to replace my room but they were super busy in there work so they just ignored my requests. Never recommend anyone to stay there in future.

Service and location was good, just bathroom and room had a shabby and dirty look. Breakfast and lobby are great

Despite the design of the hotel are good, with many different choices of restaurants but I need to complain the counter staffs' service.
Moving slow and face look cold, not active nor friendly, suggest to have some training to enhance their attitude and procedure. I visit twice but each time we took long time when check-in. Otherwise the room and facilities are okay. Not very recommended until they could improve service quality and staffs attitude.

Interior renovation is old and worn in guest room. Food quality (breakfast) especially western food is not up to standard but dinner in Chinese restaurant is good.

Ok nice hotel. But reception team need to buckle up for excellence service. The duty manager very professional but the rest of other team really need to go for more training unless the hotel don’t mind to keep losing international clients
The housekeeping manger also need to be praised for his quick action to relax angry customer when a lot of his staff made petty mistakes. Overall I give 7.8 out of 10.
