A recepção não foi muito agradável, solicitei a reserva com 1 mês de antecedência e quando cheguei, (às 23hs depois de uma longa viagem), disseram que não tinha reserva em meu nome, sendo que enviaram e-mail para o check-in, a recepcionista foi antipática e parecia não estar se incomodando com o problema. Consegui me hospedar, me deram o cartão do quarto errado e acordei os hóspedes que lá estavam, a porta do quarto sempre dava problema para abrir. Os pontos positivos são a limpeza do quarto e banheiro, sempre trocam as toalhas, tudo muito limpo, e o café da manhã é bem variado, os funcionários do restaurante são bem atenciosos.

O quarto que fiquei é muito bom. O hotel está bem localizado e o atendimento é muito bom. Um ponto que precisa melhorar é a entrada da garagem, pois é muito apertado para carros tipo SUV, não somente na lateral, mas também pela altura.

Apenas decepção! Cobrança exorbitante e despreparo, minha esposa reservou um apartamento PREMIUM para posarmos de sexta à domingo. E só foi feita reserva pra 1 pessoa. Quando cheguei, a recepcionista grossa e antipatica, nem boa noite, não sei o nome mas um sotaque colono forte, me cobrou 109 pila à mais pa poder entrar no apartamento, e grossa disse q diária encerrava meio dia, se ultrapassasse era meia diária a mais. Nem toalha deu. Foi pago, o problema e que na manhã seguinte também fui cobrado pelo café que tomei, mais 28 pila Liguei para perguntar qnt era a diaria pra 2 pessoas, uma guria informou que era 244 na promoção, ou seja pagamos 168 reais a mais. Trocamos pro Valler. O único ponto positivo desse hotel, localização, café e o atendimento do casal de recepcionista que fica de manhã, uma guria loira e um guri baixinho que levou a toalha pra me. Desejaram boa viagem e retorno, infelizmente não retornaremos, a primeira impressão é que fica.

Ao iniciar o check-in faltou luz no hotel e ao retornar a luz o funcionário da recepção não tinha a senha do computador e portanto, não conseguia acessar o programa de check-in e liberação da chave do apartamento. Tive que aguardar por 45 minutos até conseguir ter a minha acomodação liberada.
