Comfort Inn Largo-Washington DC East

Priscilla H. and her staff are very friendly, accommodating and professional. They do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you’re for a quiet, convenient place to stay, this is the one.

I was very disappointed. It took them three hours for someone to come and check us in, it was 5 people waiting in the lobby to be checked also because no receptionist was in the lobby, no luggage cart to put our luggage on so we had to walk to the car three times to get our things, my room was a little clean and house keeping was wonderful but the room walls and bathroom was patch up and some type of liquid ran down all the walls, no closet door, the carpet had so many spots and iron burn on it, the bathroom had brown spots on the ceiling, the lights was feel with dirt and dust, and I could not go on the balcony because the door and lock was broken and sealed, and who knows what was sticking out from the wall, couch was torn in different places and we fought spiders and mosquitoes but I real liked how the room was set up and I wanted to take the bed home with me. It was so comfy, yes the bed gets two thumbs up It. It was very embarrassed to be there and for guess to come out for town to stay there they need to get it together

The only problem that i had with the hotel this time is that they disnt have any wash clothes. I have stayed here several times before and ive never had this problem so i hope i dont have this problem again

The rooms had no hand towels or hairdryers, and when I asked for a hairdryer, it never came . The breakfast had no hot tea. If you didn’t like coffee, you didn’t get anything hot to drink. I tried to check in a little early and even by 3 o’clock I was told our room was not ready.

The area seemed great, but the hotel looked like it could use some upgrades. Their were holes in our walls, the wifi was in and out, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the tub dripped non stop. The saddest part is when we checked in, we were told breakfast was from 6-10. We have a strict budget and we were relying on that breakfast. We came down around 9:20 to be told that breakfast is over at 9 and told that the guy at check-in was giving wrong information. We then had to go find and pay breakfast elsewhere. Very disappointing. Please provide accurate information to your guests to they can make informed decisions. Also the first day we came down for breakfast, the waffle machine was down and their was no milk for the cereal. Two of the things my family wanted.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodated all of my requests and needs.
