"I was on a business trip and found the hotel to be very old and dated. The service was okay, but still can't compare to hotels back home. Breakfast was extremely monotonous with no variety at all. If you're staying for an extended period, I'd recommend finding a different hotel after a few days."

"This hotel offers free shuttle services to all major Disney parks every day, and remember to book your time online in advance. If you want early park entry, you also need to handle that online beforehand. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient. Upon check-in, we were also offered a welcome drink, making us feel very welcomed. The hotel has a swimming pool, but due to the strong wind, leaves often fall into the water. However, there’s also a hot water spa nearby, which is great for relaxation. The laundry room is located in the WING Tower and requires token exchange, which is somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast selection is good, and the serving hours are long, but it would be better if there were more options for hot food. Overall, this is a highly cost-effective choice, especially suitable for family trips. If you don’t want to stay at a Disney flagship hotel, this is definitely a great alternative—clean, convenient, and highly recommended!"

"The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Actually, every staff member I encountered was very friendly. The location was super convenient to Disney Springs, and they offered a complimentary shuttle to every Disney park. I did not eat there or use the pool so cannot speak to that. "

"I basically booked for the location- being a woman solo traveller this is one of the only non Disney hotels that Mears connect airport buses serves (didn't want to get a taxi when my flight arrived in Orlando at 11pm by myself). The other perk is you get is early admission into the Disney parks for your say. Baring in mind I only stayed 2 nights, I'm not sure that the equivalent of £60! Resort fee I had to pay extra was worth it. The hotel was clean, motel style, akin to any other hotel in Orlando really. Arriving at midnight, I wanted to book the free Disney shuttle for the same day (which you can only do when you arrive) but it had sold out for the time that would get me to Hollywood studios for in time for early entry next morning! Luckily I managed to get on this without a booking. Overall the hotel is nice- but not worth it for a short stay not using the pool, unless youre a solo traveller worried about safety."

"At this price, the newness and cleanliness of the facilities are what Japanese people like. I stayed for 3 nights, and although I couldn't get a bottled water in the room after the first day, there was a water dispenser in the gym on the first floor. Since it is not directly managed by Disney, there is a shuttle bus, but it is not at the best time (after opening time) and there is only one bus per day, so I used Uber instead."

"The location is perfect for a short walk to Disney Springs! The lazy river is awesome! The room was spacious! The buffet at Letter Press was very impressive and food was great. We were super impressed with the gluten free bread choices and the dedicated gluten free toaster! You have no idea how important that is for my daughter with celiac!"

"No complimentary bottled water, but you can buy it downstairs for $4/bottle. Alternatively, there's a water dispenser by the restroom on the first floor. The room has a microwave, which is handy if you miss meal times – you can just grab something from the supermarket and heat it up. Breakfast is from 7-10 AM, and dinner is from 5-7 PM. A great perk is that hotel guests can enter the park half an hour early. The rooms are pretty standard, and breakfast is very American. You can also grab two cans of soda during breakfast to take into the park. Overall, it's pretty good value for money, especially in the US. The early entry is a nice bonus, as the gates open earlier than the official time."

"The hotel has just been renovated. The facilities are very new and some parts are still in the running-in period. The room is beautiful but still has some decoration smell. The lobby staff are very enthusiastic and there is a free shuttle to various parks in Disney. You need to swipe your room card to enter the elevator, which is very safe."
