Delton Oaks Resort

This is our second year taking our Business weekend retreat here! We love the rooms on the lake. Each lower room sleeps up to 6 people. We like using one room as our gathering/eating room and then each couple has a room to themselves. We enjoyed the paddle boards and brought our boat and docked it at the pier. The sunrise and sunset are amazing. They provide BBQs for the units so we are able to cook out. Each room has a full sized refrigerator. The hot water was hot when I took my shower. Clem and Michelle are accommodating and we will definitely go again.

Rooms are well kept and recently remodeled. Convenient access to the lake. Kayaks, SUP boards and related gear are provided for! Firepit is a great add-on for a picnic by the lake! 15 minutes easy walk to Noah's Ark! Leave your car behind. Family owned and Clem runs it like a professional hotel. He is also very accessible and friendly. Went out of the way to accommodate our need to extend the stay because it turned out to be too hot to camp after being in cozy rooms! Close to lots of dining options that you could walk to if you chose.

Loved being right on the lake! So peaceful...ducks came rt up and visited! We even named one Ilene lol. The owners are very helpful and accomodating. We stayed with friends that were visiting from MI. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a patio rt on the lake. There is a gas grill for each unit to use along with picnic table and chairs. Very clean!!

I had my bachelorette party held here for me this past week, and it was a blast! Enough beds and room for everyone throughout the entire three story house!. Spent one whole day on the lake in the warmer water. And to top it off we got to spend mornings looking out onto the lake from the back porch with our morning coffee

Came for some music which was amazing, completely free and met the owner Clem, amazing guy. He even gave us a few drinks on the house. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a fun place to stay and explore the dells. Wish we could have stayed longer than just one night

The home we rented was a very large space to accommodate many people. There were about 12 beds, 3 bathrooms, a bar and a full kitchen. It overlooks beautiful lake Delton, providing beautiful sunrises and sun sets. Towels, bedding and the open house was all clean. We stayed for a bachelorette party and it was the best space to accommodate all of us. Highly recommend!

First off, the space was amazingly open and perfect for a few days with the girls. The beds were literally so comfortable that after a long day in the sun, I didn’t want to leave. The outdoor activity options were better than most places. Kayaks and pontoons that we could take out to enjoy the lake. The pontoon was stocked with life vests (I can’t swim) so I could still enjoy the lake vibes while floating. The fridge and freezer space was amazing and the fact that we could do a load of laundry if needed was an extra plus I didn’t expect. Towels were all fresh, bedding was pristine white, and it was well kept up for an air bnb! Would totally book again!

THIS IS NOT A RESORT- it's an outdated, poorly managed motel. It doesn't offer what the general public would classify as or expect from a resort. It has potential as it sits on a lake, and Tina at the desk was very helpful. OUR STAY: we were booked to stay for three nights. We stayed ONE. -we paid for a ground-level studio room with a patio. Pricey, considering all that you don’t get here. -people walked through our patio multiple times and took our patio table -our neighbors partied loudly on their patio, and ours -we texted the owner at 10:55pm asking about quiet hours. They said quiet hours are 11:00pm (the website reads 10:00pm) -they did address the neighbors and the neighbors moved their party -the party returned and stayed there loudly, with music, until 2:00am -we texted the owners again, we heard nothing from them (I suppose they were sleeping - we wished we were too) -after staying for one night with little managerial help to get sleep, we left. -they offered a free night stay next time we go back. Hard pass. Not returning. -they refused to provide any money back regardless of staying one out of three nights. They took over $900 from us -I've stayed in other ACTUAL RESORTS for much less cost and far more amenities. IN GENERAL: -no one is on the premises after they "close the office" (sometimes they answer a text, or not) -mismatched decor and unkempt outdoor common areas -two very small and crowded "beaches" that everyone is meant to share (one sits between two boat docks) -patios have no separation or privacy from your neighbor's patio. No choice but to vacation literally alongside others -you'll need to bring your old towels to the office yourself if you want new ones -you'll pay $2 for ice -if someone didn't pay for a patio, they can use the small grassy shore in front of your patio -If you're looking for a vacation in which you commingle with other people (even strangers) this is for you

My boyfriend and I went for a weekend getaway, and absolutely loved our time. The first day we got there we were welcomed by Michelle and a very clean room! Then we went down to the beach that was about 50ft away from our door! This was very relaxing and loved the fact that this allowed us to be in Lake Delton. They offered paddle boards and we took the opportunity to use them. The second day we spent some time in the Wisconsin Dells area. Another great thing about this place is how central it is to everything in the Dells. Everything we did was within a 10 minute drive. As for the room…the beds were very comfortable, and the shower had really good water pressure! All the amenities that you would need and the opportunity to refill if need be. It was also very nice to have a kitchen in our room. This saved us a lot of money being able to cook right in the room! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back again!
