The stay was wonderful. It started with Check-In. Theresa checked us in. And since we went during off season, she was able to make adjustments and got us a great room that worked best for us. Honestly, the only thing of note is that the beds were extremely tall. So, being 5' 3" it was a little trickier getting into the bed. But, outside of that it was a great stay.

First time staying in the hotel part we stayed in the tiki room last time this place was very clean and quiet staff was awsome and courteous very helpful very pleasant place loved it and will be back

My husband & I had a great time. We stayed Friday night - Sunday morning.
We had a blast! Close to shopping, dining & bars.
We stayed in one night using the pool and Hottub. Well maintained indoor pool area!
The juccuzi in the room was a great add on! Big, spacious rooms. Loved the balcony option!
Can’t wait to come back this summer.

We had a wonderful stay and the beds were very comfy. The room is very spacious. We like the have to balcony outside! The only issue we had was there was people next door to us on till like 130 am. Otherwise we enjoyed the hot tub for 2 of the nights we were there. Our friends also enjoyed it too! This is our second time staying here we stayed here last year on the same weekend!

Called ahead if able check in before show at Crystal Grand rude girl like no
I explained tickets/time/travel
Nope…
Then tv does Work go get new batteries check in desk told should have called for maintenance, then only few local channels work….
Maybe better in summer but as of this experience would not recommend or stay again

The hotel property/rooms = nothing fancy but just fine for a family vacation. My kids were there to play in the water, anyway, so we didn't spend much time in our room. All of the rooms are "garden view" but I would avoid the bottom level if possible. We were on the bottom/ground level, and didn't have a balcony or outside space like all the other rooms. It would have been nice to have a place to sit outside and hang our wet swimsuits. My kids (ages 20, 16, 12, and 10) really enjoyed the floating obstacle course on the lake, and the sandy beach was well-maintained and clean. We also took advantage of access to Aloha's sister property nearby. The indoor pool seemed ok, but the weather was beautiful while we were in Wisconsin so we spent all of our time in the lake or outdoor pool area.
