Water heater does not work and water pressure is too weak it will take you an hour to get a bath. Worse, front desk and manager gave no option other than cancel the booking and change hotel. Worst customer service.

Very nice rooms. Very spacious. Beautiful decorations. Not a very quiet environment though. They have mandatory room cleanings and they make you leave the room. They were in my room for 1.5 hours and I come back and they had only made the bed. Did not mop, sweep, take the trash out, OR leave towels… it was very odd. But overall, it was a 6/10 experience.

The first time I opened the room door, it was not cleaned inside... The hotel may be newly renovated and there is some smell. It is a bit noisy next to the roadside. Parking is free.
