This place was clean. This place was accommodating. The free breakfast was probably our favourite part. It was delicious. I have nothing but good things to say about this place aside from not getting our room cleaned when we went on a family outing. We were gone all day and hoped we’d have clean towels and our beds made when we returned. But this place is quiet and felt safe. I’d definitely stay here again.

Do not stay here. Where do I start...oh yea, from the beginning. They advertise a restaurant in the hotel so getting in around 8pm, we figured this would be the best place to go just to save time. They're supposed to open until 10pm but when we arrived, it was closed. Apparently, the cook didn't show up that night so they had no choice...it was never open while we were there. Then needed ice...walked around the hotel to all 3 ice makers...all broken. Woke up in the morning, was going to make coffee in the room...the K cups were there but NO COFFEE MACHINE! Had to go to the front desk and they had one sent up. Got it all set up, looked through the K cups, no regular coffee. Back to the front desk to find regular K cup but they were out. He eventually found some but too late, we were gone for the day. Now the room...pillows sucked, they were just way too thin, as in thin like a sleeping on a blanket. The bathroom door wouldn't latch so we were unable to lock the door when using the bathroom. But the worst part of that frickin bathroom door was it squeaked! If anyone got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, everyone in the room woke up because of the noise. The one bright spot was their breakfast and their breakfast attendant Joe. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk to.

When I arrived I was greeted by a sign in the counter saying someone will be back in five minutes, should have said ten. My credit card imprint for incidentals was taken on an old imprinter on a piece of paper which now sits who knows where? I had to walk through a wall of water pouring through the ceiling on the second floor walkway. Literally a wall of water. As I walked into the room there was a musty smell and many cosmetic flaws (wallpaper peeling) and possible water damage that was poorly repaired. Soffit above sink was only about 6 feet tall causing many head bumps. Bathroom was poorly lit and there was some mold on the ceiling in the shower. There was no attention to detail anywhere. All spaces were dated and needed updating. Stairways weren't marked well I had to look at map in room to find their locations. When i did use them they were dirty and were clumsily repaired including screws used to Hold down the plastic traction coverings. Tripping hazard? I booked this online. Maybe they give the online bookings unremodeled rooms? Pool had debris on the bottom. I won't ever stay here again. Staff could use hospitality training also. Not friendly not hostile either just didn't seem professional or outgoing. Fridge and micro were stacked several feet from desk and looked out of place. Two lights weren't plugged in and the clock was not set even close to the correct time. No attention to details. I took photos, but apparently it's not possible to attach them when posting from a mobile device?

Very new hotel. I saw it was owned by Hilton and it was a family hotel, with many tourists with children. The room facilities were very new and clean. There was an open kitchenette in the room, which could boil water and had a large refrigerator. The bed was also quite comfortable, king size. The soundproofing was especially good. Our room was on the side of the highway, but we couldn't hear the noise of cars outside. The breakfast buffet was also good. Although there were not many types, they were all delicious, and they were all pure Western breakfasts. We arrived at the hotel in the early morning, and there was only one person at the front desk. Check-in was fast, but there were few front desk staff, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs by ourselves. The hotel also has a parking lot. The overall check-in situation was good, and the price-performance ratio was high. Recommended!

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The front desk staff was friendly and check in quick and easy. The snacks were a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable and large enough to spread out a bit. Two large windows offered a lot of natural light and a view of the mountains. Bathroom was also clean with plenty of towels. Loved the hand soap in the bathroom- sometimes the bar soaps just get messy. We were there one evening when the social hour was offered. We had some wine and ate a light dinner. It wasn't fancy but the spaghetti, salad, and wine was a great way to wind down after a day of traveling. Breakfast had typical offerings and plenty of coffee. They were constantly checking and refilling as needed. The area the hotel was in was nice. My husband and I got a walk in and we found a park near by-if you're traveling with littles, they will love the play structure there. Unfortunately, we left a day early due to incoming severe weather; however, the staff was understanding and it was not a problem. They left us another treat bag at our door which was thoughtful. Overall, a great stay!

Honestly I’m so confused about the rating that I should give to this hotel. First I’d like to give a big sour out to Marcus (one of the managers there) he helped us with the confusion that the front desk had regarding our complimentary breakfast. We really appreciate his help. The rooms could use a renovation the key were outdated, the screen o our window was broken. The bathroom was outdated as well the sink and bathtub faucets need to be changed. The staff need lots of training, the housekeeping team had to get their manager to communicate with us as they couldn’t speak English (they only spoke spanish) The front desk lady was talking to us while eating and she had lots of partially chewed food in her mouth while talking to us which wasn’t professional and it didn’t look pleasant at all. The person who worked at the front desk at night was so unfriendly and unprofessional when we called him at 1:30am for very loud noises that were coming from above and lasted for a good two hours till around 3:30am. Even when you go for the hot breakfast buffet, the staff who’s in charge for taking your orders and room numbers was aggressive in the beginning and took our orders while he was seated with his legs crossed, we felt like students standing infront of our teacher,,, although he came to us and told us that he knew he was rude and explained that he did that as people previously complained that they should’ve been told the price of the buffet before they ate as they didn’t want to pay. I think all the staff need to lots of training. Hopefully Adam the new manager does something about it, he listened to our concerns and said that he will look into it.

GGuest UserChecked in and asked for a late check out the following day due to late afternoon wedding and we were told they don't do late check outs ever. Entered room and found ants in bathroom along shower and on counter top also hole in wall under sink. Advised person at front desk and he said he would make a note and have it taken care of the following day because he was the only one there. I asked for a different room and he said they were booked. He looked in the room behind the front desk for ant spray so I use it but said there was none. I then told him something needed to be done and to call his manager to get it resolved. Went back to my room and explained this to my wife. At this point we were quite upset. We then decided to leave and get food and when we returned I again asked what was going to be done and was told nothing until the following day. We went back unto our room #211 and tried to relax. After about an hour we decided to go out for drinks and on the way out told the clerk we were very upset and something needed to be done to resolve this but we were leaving for a while and made it clear to stay out of our room until we returned and again he said he couldn't leave the front desk anyway because he was alone. We left and made it to the first traffic light and decided to turn around and go back get a refund and find a different place to stay. We were gone about 5-8 minutes in all. My wife stayed outside while I went in. When I went inside to the front desk nobody was there so I called out for help thinking he was in the room behind the desk but there was no answer. I then went to our second floor room and found the clerk at the door getting ready to enter. He was quite shocked and said he wasn't going to go in then I called him a liar and pointed out the fact he didn't even have any ant spray. He then said I told him he could go in. At this point I was enraged because we made it clear to stay out until we returned. I had even put a sugar packet on the door so I would know if it was opened. He then started walk away very fast and tell me to pack and leave without a refund. When I started to follow him he turned and stopped and we bumped into each other, then he asked I was going to hit him. I assured him I wouldn't . This was all recorded by their cameras. He then called the police and told them I assaulted him and to come evict us and locked himself in the front desk room. My wife in the lobby when the police arrived and he came out. He then changed his story and said it was a misunderstanding. We explained what happened to the police and ended up staying the night. When we returned home I was able to get a hold of the general manager and he refused to any thing about the situation and said the employee was only trying to help us. More lies.
RRueAnne MtzNice place not to fancy or anything like that but very comfortable would love if they offered more amenities good enough for its pricing I guess I also like that it is very close to shopping centers like target Walmart Home Depot and also lots of dining options and convenient stores for late night snacks just one thing it needs to upgrade their system as soon as possible please
