Overall we had a good experience. We stayed in a 2 bedroom beachfront suite for 6 days with our 2 kids. The suite is old and dated and can use an update but it was clean and everything was in working condition. The fridge was spacious and, even thought we brought some of our own kitchen items, the kitchen basically had everything you would need (except paper towels, which we did bring). The bathroom was stocked well and housekeeping came daily and switched out all our used towels (even the kitchen towel), a few new rolls of TP, gave us some new shampoo, conditioner and hand soap (it’s a bar of soap FYI) and as many trash bags as we needed. They were very friendly and accommodating. The beds all had new mattresses and clean, white and soft linens. The pillows were a little small and flat but wasn’t a deal breaker for bedtime. The living room was a perfect size for 4 people. Would love if there were a few throw pillows for the couch and 1 blanket stored somewhere to also use in the living room (we definitely would have used them). Coffee maker worked well just note you need to bring your own filters (basket filter for 8-12 cup coffee maker). The suite was quiet and we barely heard neighbors, which was nice. Only 2 nights we heard a rowdy group in the beach but it didn't last long. We were looking forward to grilling, as each suite comes with its own grill. But ours was crooked on a hill and had water pooled inside all week from the rain on the first day of our stay. Would love to see some improvement on that aspect. The beach was clean and raked every morning by staff, along with any garbage clean up and fixing of all the beach chairs. The grounds and playground areas were also clean and well manicured. The resort is well situated off the major road that takes you to the Lake George village where all the hustle and bustle is (took us 7-8 minutes to get there). Overall, a good experience and we would definitely stay there again.
