Very clean , but the smell of bleach was fairly intense in the room. Great location and associated location for the music festival was perfect. Room was somewhat dated but comfortable. No refrigerator in the room, which was unexpected. Price was high for a Monday but it was tourist season. Enjoyed it, overall! Great Lake cruise!

The room was up to date and the staff was very accommodating. We were there for a wedding with a 4:00PM check in and we needed our room earlier for the 2:30 wedding. They accommodated us and everything was perfect. Definitely a very nice hotel to stay at and the view of Lake George is awesome.

TOP NOTCH, CLASSY been coming here for years, this was my second stay just this summer So relaxing, everything so clean, staff all great So many amenities. Didn't want to leave !! Will be returning again, and probably before summers end ENJOYED THE VERANDA

Family wedding - the venue is stunning, premium rooms were clean and very comfortable, front desk staff, wait staff, bartenders, housekeeping were all amazing. The only negative and my reason for not giving a 5 is the hostess, Helene, at Lakeside restaurant. She was extremely rude to my family and was not helpful or accommodating. After encountering her two days in a row we opted to have breakfast off grounds the third day. She should not be the face that greets people.

If you want to enjoy Lake George to the fullest this is the place to be. We come to Lake George and this is the place we stay at. All staff go above and beyond. We also had our wedding in the Carriage House working with Dawn and Keilana who made our dream wedding a reality! Make the right decision and book here on your next visit to Lake George!

Our overall stay at Fort William Henry Hotel was a very pleasant day. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Definitely be coming back the next time we go to Lake George.

Food is delicious 😋 walk in to the town of Lake George is 10 minutes or less depending on your pace - If your are ADA. Request room 540 - great grab bars in the tub and near the toilet - wonderful window views of Lake Wand the hiotel grounds We did a private tour of Firt William Henry at 5:30 PM - our tour guide was Andrew -He did a wonderful tour -a bit pricey -we paid $300 for the two of us -totally worth itv-better than the regular fort tour

We loved our experience at this hotel from the moment we checked in. The front desk staff could not have been more welcoming. We were staying during a very busy event and everything was stellar. I would encourage you to check this hotel out and enjoy the area.
