You find out when you arrive the pool is closed, ice machine didn't work. Walkway cement is broken up so if your unsteady like me, use caution! Breakfast was good.

The heater fan was loud and was on a thermostat, going off and on all night long. AFTER we got into bad is when we noticed, there was only one thin blanket to cover us. We wish we had asked for an extra blanket.

we came to this hotel every year and every time we come it gets worse. the pool has been closed for years, no atm, vending machines are out of stock always and don’t allow cards. you can’t get change for the laundry machines. ice machines are always out of order. and as soon as we walked into our room it recked of vomit. no “do not disturb sign” provided. tv remote is disgusting and half the channels don’t work. they replaced the flooring but laminate instead of carpet which we thought was great at first then realized it’s much worse when trying to clean up a spill and seeing nothing but filth. they half asses the rooms they redid and it’s very clear, the furniture is not comfortable and yet they charge you an extra $50 for an “inconscience” fee when you arrive. they say it’ll be refunded when you leave but the past 5 years we have come that has never been a thing. highly disappointed especially after it being our favorite place to stay years ago.

The place is run down. Looks like staff don’t care. It’s not clean… I Lysol my room before I could do anything only stayed because I couldn’t cancel

The whole reason we booked at this hotel was because my kids love the pool. They were devastated when we arrived & found out the pool was closed for maintenance our entire stay. A notification beforehand would have been the professional thing to do so we could reconsider our trip & not left blindsided with the disappointing news.

Hotel sign is not lit up, so it was difficult to find. The hotel sits back on a nice piece of property but it is badly in need of attention.
