A clean, quiet and decent place. Highly recommend. Better than standard Lake County fare. Everything works. Very clean. Off street parking. This review site requires 200 minimum characters so I’m filling up the box with this explanation!

Lovely spot by the lake. Quiet, cozy and very friendly and responsive staff. Highly recommended by locals. Everything was clean and tidy. Floors had been cleaned. Bed linen was clean, fresh and not stained. A great place to eat breakfast and grab coffee is right next door.

We so enjoyed our stay at Skylark Shores. Beautiful lake views, very helpful and friendly front desk. We liked the restaurants that were recommended. Nice breakfast place right next door. Nice, big rooms with comfortable beds. If we’re ever in the area again, we would be staying here.

What a great place to go for a family getaway. Bring the kids, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Reminiscent of a time gone by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Access to fishing was amazing. BIG FISH! Easy to get to and a FANTASTIC LOCATION

Beautiful facilily outstanding staff love. The location is between mine and my wife's work. Vicky is Going Out of her way on multiple occasions to make the stay accommodating. Multiple restaurants within walking distanvery, convenient location.

This is a beautiful resort--gentle and friendly. Tne views of the lake are breath'taking. Our rooms are on tne balcony. We could not have asked for a more pleasant setting to be reunited with family members from as far away as Texas and Minnesota! Thank you!

The Skylark Resort provided a clean, homey and comfortable space as I worked in Lake County. The tranquil panoramic view of the lake surrounding the parameters soothed my soul. The staff was courteous and very helpful to make my stay here as pleasant as possible. I'd say they go the extra mile. My thanks and compliments to them. I recommend the Skylark Resort highly. Each morning, the sunrise over the water sets a peaceful atmosphere to start each day and each evening, as the sun colors the sky, rest refreshes the atmosphere.

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Skylark, not only does the staff go out of their way to make my stay comfortable, the views of the lake are breathtaking! Staff is very knowledgeable about the community with very good recommendations. Will definitely stay again!

Nice place not a lot of dock space so be aware you might not have a place to park your boat. Maid came banging on our door @9:15am on our last day trying to hurry us out woke up the whole family check out was @ 11 and we had a long night and planned to sleep in but maid had other plans for us….
