The Apartments were spacious, clean, modern.(2 bedroom) Everything you needed was located in the cupboards. I was very impressed. Four showers and toilets, with an ensuite in each room. Lock up garage with plenty of parking space. The location was wonderful The Ferris Wheel was right across the road. One minute walk to all shops and a really short walk to lake and beach. The only negative is the hot water kept running out. We had 6 people staying. Showers limited to under 4 minutes, one shower each. Forget the spa, you will run out of hot water. The hot water system for this apartment needs to be changed before we come back here to constant hot water. Then this will be a wonderful place to stay. Nobody likes cold showers or washing dishes in cold water.

We loved our stay! So spacious and everything you need! Not essential, but to make it better would be great to have air (fan or air con) in the bottom bedrooms - as I think if it was hotter than our stay it might get quite stuffy. But would for sure return!!

We stayed at this complex of 8 apartments in November 2023 but booked through another agency and the apartment (called Esplanade Escape) was only available as 3-bedroom. This time, we booked direct with Ultimate and were able to rent an apartment as 2BR which made it cheaper. We'd expected the 3rd bedroom to be locked but it wasn't. Apartment 7 is further back from the Esplanade and, therefore, has less traffic noise. We both slept exceptionally well. Pretty much everything is walking distance. The footbridge and weekend market are across the road, Sea Shanty (a great little restaurant), a pharmacy and a small supermarket are around the corner and our other favourite Lakes restaurant (Sodafish) is about a 15-minute walk along the lake. There are 2 good surf shops (Surf Shack and Ozmosis) on the way back as well as Big Bear Donuts (yum). A Woolworths is a couple of minutes drive along Church St. Other reviewers have already covered the apartment facilities but it's worth noting that there's no pool. However, there's a lovely little beach on the lake across the footbridge. We'll stay at Ultimate again next time we're at Lakes Entrance. On to Tathra from here.

公寓的位置不錯，位於主商業街的盡頭，隔一條馬路就是河岸，附近超市、餐廳、商店都有生活非常方便。這次是我的耳朵第二次入住這個公寓了，相比上一次或許是正處於旅遊高峯時期，床上用品感覺有些並沒有更換，感覺略有不舒服。其他都還不錯。沒有WIFI一直是個問題。

Good size and location. From a maintenance view a number of light globes needed replacing. Enjoyed the stay.

The property is close to the main street shops and all the attraction in lakes entrance. Basically walking distance to everything. There's only few things that I would like this property to improve. 1) The internet wifi connection is really poor and unreliable, most of the time, it doesn't work. 2) There's a limited volume of hot water. Once you reached the limit, you need to wait for next day for it to be available again.

The location is amazing, the apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. Overall it was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our visit.
