Within three days from check-in to check-out, there were three issues related to misallocation of rooms and failure of room cards. The front desk did not make any apology, which seemed to be normal. The Springhill brand probably belongs to the lower mid-range in the United States, and there is nothing to praise highly.

Lovely well priced hotel in great area. Lots of dining options nearby. Would have been even better had they not charged the credit card I gave them for incidentals to pay for the room I had already paid for through Trip.com ! This was the second time in two months they did this to me. And each time I had to call or go by and tell them to correct their mistake. Asst manager, Faith, told me they can’t tell if Trip guests have already pre-paid for their room or not …. !?! Funny not funny how all the other hotels I book via Trip can tell and don’t double charge me for my room fee ….. 🤔
