Residence Inn Denver Southwest/Lakewood

Very nice, great location for us, clean, quiet, staff was great, wonderful breakfast and atmosphere. The elevator wasn't working properly but those things happen sometimes. Also the pool didn't feel heated as advertised, was a little cool for the kiddos. All and all will stay again!

Man this hotel was amazing. I didn’t know that booking a suite meant I had basically a whole apt to myself. Not to mention they let us use the sister hotels pool jacuzzi and cafe. 5 stars I love this place

We booked our stay several months ago to attend a concert at Red Rocks (The Head and The Heart.) We had researched a few hotels that were as close to Red Rocks as possible within our price range. We found this Residence Inn that was within 20 minutes or less from RR. When we pulled up, the front main entrance was very welcoming and inviting. We were happy to browse the main lobby areas while waiting to check in. Everything looked great from the lobby/dining area for breakfast, the gym, pool and outdoor seating area with a gas grill. Our room was on the first floor a trek from the main lobby, but it was nice being close to the parking lot and it was nice being able to access our room from the exit door near the lot. And we could use our key card to get in. Felt safe too. We were happy to see a full kitchen, with standard equipment like cups, plates, bowls, silverware, etc. the only spices that were available were salt and pepper. If I could make a recommendation, either bring or purchase an oil based product if you plan on cooking. We went grocery shopping and were able to keep items in the freezer and fridge. That was pretty great. We wanted to only eat out a few times while in town and cook for ourselves so that worked out well. The continental breakfast was pretty good. A nice variety. Happy to see gluten free muffin options. The bed was comfy and the pillows were exactly what we like. The a/c was nice, kept us nice and cool and the thermostat worked well. Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay and would be back! The only downside was that we had problems with the television. When we would turn it on the screen would remain dark and would not be watchable. We notified the front desk on Sunday but no one from maintenance would be able to come look at it till Monday. Monday morning came along and someone came by, it worked again very briefly until they left and then it didn’t work again until we checked out Tuesday morning. It was a bit annoying, but they were apologetic about it. We’d still stay here again for sure. Definitely recommend this Inn if you’re planning a trip to RR for a show.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights while our daughter was in the hospital. The staff were very accommodating & friendly. The free breakfast was delicious, so many cold& hot options. The waffles were great & they were always replenishing the food as was needed. They also supplied a shower seat when our daughter returned from the hospital. It was a very pleasant experience staying here

The building and rooms are looking a little tired and sadly there are not restaurants nearby that one can walk to. That being said, the breakfast was good, the bed comfortable and the price reasonable. Solid place to stay if you need to be in the Lakewood / Littleton area.

Long weekend visit to Denver area. The hotel is in good shape, though a little worn around the edges. Staff was friendly and helpful. We utilized and were satisfied by the gym, pool, and complimentary hot breakfast. Much appreciated the gluten-free options. Nice perk. The room kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, etc.., everything we needed for our stay. Good location near restaurants, beautiful parks, and major roads. Good for families and travelers of all kinds.

The check in went well! But didn’t know how noisy this hotel was until it was time to settle in and sleep. The fan in bathroom was so loud it was terrible same switches used the light yup so you know! Then the fridge started making a loud noise. Also you could hear traffic in room. Wish we would have checked out same day. Stayed long thanksgiving weekend. And had to finally try to get housekeeping to come in. On the third day when I called to get housekeeping they said they would have to see if they had time!! Oh you don’t even know. This last part topped off our whole stay! So they have a coat closet and my husband put his shirt and my North-face ski jacket in the closet and we left and forgot them. When we remembered I called right away and some how with both of them in the same place they told me they found the shirt but not the Jacket. Some how I knew they were going to say that!! Very upsetting over all stay! So heads up double think of your stay here!!!

They have been the best hotel to stay at, though they are in the middle of renovation, we got one of the new suites. The price is unbeatable. Service is awesome. I would recommend their hotel to everyone that is staying in Denver. Will be staying here again. They are pet friendly. I even TikTok their hotel

Marriot can do better. The smell in the hallways was overpowering and gross. Smelled like a cross between a grimy bar and Clorox. The room was barely acceptable. Wallpaper pealing, furniture very very tired and worn, carpet gross and I could go on and on. Really I have staying in tents nicer and cleaner
