I stayed at the property for about 10 days. Each and every member of the staff is very polite and kind. My overall experience was good. Some action items for the manager to improve customer experience: 1. Improve the food quality or make the cost to quality ratio appropriate. 2. The food taste is ok but please include options to have some home style food. 3. I had ordered lunch on the first day. I had ordered butter naan, moss i roti both of them were very hard to eat and instead of butter naan i think i was served lac-ha paratha(not a deal breaker) but the quality was not good given the amount which i paid. The same thing is true for pane-er methi malai. I was served some concoction of pane-er garvey which was not pane-er methi malai. 4. Always please ensure the chef knows what he is preparing. To me it looks like you guys can do better if you reduce the menu size and make some exclusive items that are worth the charges in lakhimpur. 5. The wifi doesn’t work both in the deluxe and super deluxe room. I was able to connect to the wifi only in the super deluxe room but the speed was highly compromised(deal breaker. 6. Please make sure you provide the toiletries, clean towels every day. This was not the case with me. 7. I had to repeatedly ask for soaps and mosquito repellent for it to be provided(deal breaker - should be provided immediately. 8. Room cleaning services should be provided every day without being asked by the customer. This was not the case with me(deal breaker- although when asked things were cleaned and arranged properly. 9. Please purchase some english channels that includes sports channels as well. And also change the tv provider. Most of the time the tv won’t work because of the signal issue. 10. Please make sure you provide hot water in the bathroom for bathing. In the bathroom it looks as if we have the option for it but you will always get cold water(deal breaker. 11. When i was upgraded to super deluxe room i wasn’t provided with the dental kit(kind of a deal breaker) but this can be worked upon. 12. Please always look at the quality of the towels you provide to the customers. For the first 5days i have got the worst possible towels that may exist in the hotel(deal breaker. 13. Please fix the naming board of the hotel. It spells rr gr_nd. P. S. This hotel is one of the good ones in lakhimpur. If the above things are taken into consideration and worked upon it will become the best place for your visit.
