Don't order, the service is terrible! I booked a room and found that the address recommended by Ctrip was wrong. I immediately called the online customer service to cancel the order. However, I was told that the other party had gone off work and had not received the order. As a result, I kept in touch and Ctrip was in a perfunctory way and exchanged some perfunctory exchanges! Just make up the amount from 100 to 200. May I ask why orders that have not received confirmation cannot be refunded? Replacing N people and telling them is it a problem with the agent and supplier? Is this Ctrip's service?! What kind of hotel's overbearing terms mean that once you pay, you can't even get back? I will definitely complain to the end! Don't order from this shady store!

I was lucky to find this hotel at a very reduced price, so I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality! Large, clean, bright rooms. Very nice bathrooms. Lovely environment. Really helpful and friendly staff. Would certainly recommend if within your budget.

I cannot praise this place enough. The room was big, clean, comfortable and a lot cheaper than some of the posher hotels further down the road which probably didn't offer much more. The staff couldn't do enough to help and the hotel not only looks good but it is ideally situated in the centre of town.

Right in the heart of the community, away from the expensive hotels, this small but perfectly formed hotel is cheap, clean, perfectly situated and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, service is excellent and you are treated like a house guest rather than a passing visitor, particularly by Thomas who was running the place when I went. Meals are cooked to order, drinks are on hand whenever you want and nothing is too much trouble. Walk out and you are in the middle of the small centre of town where you can sit and have coffee with the locals and I was even invited in to see the school and meet the teachers, completely unexpectedly as I was passing. And when the bill came, it amounted to less than I'd pay for a pizza in London. Can't recommend this place enough.
