Hotel en el que dormimos siempre que vamos a Lalín. Esta vez nos alojamos en una habitación de la planta baja, quizás por eso el wifi llegaba con muchas dificultades. Creo que el hotel estaba bastante lleno y por eso nos pusieron en esa habitación (con dos camas matrimoniales en espacios separados), debido a que era el fin de semana del moto-cocido. Desayuno buffet aceptable, con un bizcocho "casero" y café, chocolate, y bollería industrial.

Un hotel sencillo pero que sobradamente cubre las necesidades de cualquier cliente. Le pondría, por tanto mucha mejor valoración, pero tan solo por un empleado, llamado Jorge y de carácter desagradable, que no sabe cómo se debe tratar a los clientes, que genera malas sensaciones tan solo ver cómo te mira y con que desdén responde a las preguntas. Una lastima que esta persona haga que la calidad humana de este local caiga en picado. La calidad de una empresa son sus personas.

La verdad, no tenían constancia, en un principio de mi llegada. Me dijeron que no trabajan mucho con Hoteles.com. Me dieron una habitación doble, en ese aspecto bien, pero porque solo les quedaba esa. Pero no funcionaba la calefacción, no pude darme un baño porque no había tapón en la bañera.
Y LO PEOR, intentaron entrar 2 veces en mi habitación estando yo dentro. Puedes pensar que alguien se confundió y ya está, pero en una de las ocasiones llegaron a abrir la puerta. Y por la noche, muchos ruidos de golpes. No pude descansar mucho.
